I went here for a pedicure with a friend. The salon did not use sterile tools. The technician serviced my feet without the proper procedure and got upset when I asked him about the service. He proceeded to call me difficult in Vietnamese. Two other employees joined him and continued to converse negatively about me. Two female employee said if they had "difficult" customer, they'd kick them out, immediately. I responded that I understood Vietnamese and didn't appreciate them talking about me. They claimed they were talking about one of the employee's client (who was sitting in front of her). I walked out immediately. I had an unpleasant experience while the technician continued lie to me. And, then, talked bad about clients in Vietnamese. It was a highly unprofessional salon. read more

I get my nails done regularly in VA and don't live in this area but I come home to visit family often and take my niece for pedicures or manicures when I'm home. Usually the service is fine. Not today tho. Today I went to get a quick pedicure w my niece. The technician assigned to me forced me into an up-sale on a gel pedicure even tho I didn't want it. I have never wanted a gel pedicure. I don't like the UV lights and my pedicures last too long as it is. I don't need to spend more on gel. It destroys my nails. I made it clear the first time he asked me that I wanted a regular pedicure for both of us. I handed him regular nail polish. He asked if I wanted gel again I said no. He asked if my niece wanted gel - we both said no just regular. He turned to the technician doing her feet and told her to ask us again if we wanted gel. We said "still no". He walked over and got my 13yo niece's color in gel and handed it to her technician. Luckily she asked one more time and didn't ignore my answer when I said no again. When my tech started painting my toes he used gel!!! I couldn't believe it. He had already put the first coat of gel polish on and threw a UV light box on my foot even though I repeatedly said "no gel". I didn't want to cause a scene in the short time I got to spend with my niece but I was not happy. Also irritating that even though I wanted to pay with a credit card, I had to use Venmo. I guess he has found that forcing the up-sale on his customers in the past has been worth the commission he makes or whatever drives the aggression but I won't be returning to this salon. Especially when there are others to choose from in the area. I will give a couple stars for the other technicians I've had in the past that were okay and the one my niece had who seemed fine. read more

So so awesome!! I've never been here before and I was in need to get my nails done asap before my vacation. I called and they told me I could come in any time! Jimmy, I think his name was did my nails. He was so friendly and we had a lot of laughs! He was very gentle with my nails too...I have anxiety so I tend to chew my nails so I have itty bitty cuts but I felt no pain and he didn't make me bleed. Also reasonably priced too. I'll definitely be back!! read more

I have already posted a negative review but it was conveniently taken down. Linda was terrible. the absolute WORST "French manicure " ever. basically just put what looks like white out on the top of my nails, glue all over my fingers and then had a fit a grabbed my nails and cut them off when I told an employee how bad they were. Customer service was SO bad. NEVER GO THERE read more

I think everyone at this salon is great. Very personable, friendly and talented. I can thro a internet design at Tracy or any of them and they have never failed creating the design. Definitely recommend. Thanks for my beautiful nails. read more

Great Service, Staff was very lively, talkative, and fun! Quality was great, I got a fill here and they turned out perfect! Tina was very patient with me as I tested out a few different colors because I wasn't sure on them. I ended up choosing one I loved and she did them wonderfully! read more

DRAWS BLOOD! CHOOSE ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT! My wife went for her first pedicure in ages only to be cut badly by the worker on her toe. Billed full price and said "it sometimes happens". read more

Went with 3 other people to get our nails done for my baby shower. I decided to go with just a pedicure. The lady who did my nails took maybe 15 minutes. I told her a color number my sister just used 2 days before, and she said they didn't have that number. The other 3 had a good 45 minutes pedi with lotion and a massage while mine was 15 minutes and no lotion or massage. My feet were not horribl, but she did a half*** job. She hurried to go sit in a massage chair herself and do her own nails. For what you pay you deserve to get everything done. I was giving them another shot after the inappropriate comments they made 2 weeks before when we were there. 2 strikes, and i am done!! read more

I have absolutely never had this bad of an experience at a nail salon a day in my life. I had an appt for 11 am and wasn't seen until 11 50.. I was alright with that because I knew that it was the first day back after Covid19 shut everything down. But the shit job they did . I'm a new mom and wanted to treat myself a little being stuck inside the past two months I go in show what I wanted and they said " yes we can do that" the girl helped me pick the dip colors out and then we started the process. She didn't cut my cuticles until AFTER my nails were on and the color. She left my nails all bumpy and all different shapes and sizes ! I had bumps all over them . I got dip because I wanted them to be more natural looking and they look so terrible!!! I called and told them and they had me go back . The owner then proceeded to tell me that the girl will go back reshape them, file them down and then put another coat on. She got back to me and only did 3 nails. I spent over 2 1/2 hours in there and had to get home to my daughter I didn't have time when she asked me if they were okay to continue telling her they looked terrible! Are you even a professional??? I will never go back again read more
