Waste of time and money. If ya have to waste, go ahead n press your luck. I made an "appointment", they don't really do appointments, you're still treated as a walk in. So I arrived for my 10:30 "appointment" and waited 35 minutes to be serviced. At this point I didn't have time for a full service so I requested a polish change due to their error in scheduling. It's awful. I could've done a better job myself and I suck at painting my nails. She didn't paint the whole nail and she just glooped it on. When I sat at the drying table there was something underneath it and messed up my polish. Because I didn't leave a tip I didn't bother to ask them to fix it. I have been going to lucky nails for about a year now every 2 weeks. This was my favorite nail salon. I would drive 30 minutes to come to this place when there were nail salons down the block from me. I never really had too many issues with them. One thing that really annoys me though is that I always make an appointment and when I get there walk ins are seated before me and I end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour to get my nails done. The acrylic nails break or loosen within a week when they should last 2 to 3 weeks. I came in about a week ago and asked for French nails. Just regular French nails. The nail tech took off my remaining acrylic nails and charged me for a full set when all that was needed to do was just put new ones on my fingers that didn't have the acrylic. She put on white acrylic nails that ive never seen before. more than half my nail was white. She just didn't want to be bothered to paint them. I hated them and was very confused as to what was on my nails. I asked her to paint them a different color and she said she could only paint them white and if I wanted a different color id have to get a white coat and them a different color over it. I was there for an hour and a half already and had things to do that day. I just kept them white and was not happy. I left the salon with something I didn't want, nail polish all over my cuticles, thick nails, and acrylic drips under my nails. Now I will have to get all of these taken off and full set at a different salon if I want any color other than white because they wouldn't do it here or offer another time to come in and get them fixed for no charge. I was still charged full price for my nails and the inconvenience that was caused. read more

I visited this nail salon recently with a bridal party. I'm not sure of the actual options of nail salons in the area or quality so I can't speak to this place relatively to others in this town. I however would not recommend this place for an event or large party. We came in with a group of six and had a reservation. None of us were seen right away and some had to wait over an hour to even get started. On a quick timeline the day before a wedding, sitting in a nail salon doing nothing is the last thing you want to do. Especially when you made a reservation! What added insult to injury was the lack of urgency the workers had. They stopped to snack, check their phones and even have a FaceTime chat with their child! Clearly there isn't much competition in town OR earning money and customers isn't a priority. For this alone I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. Another thing to note is that they have a limited supply of polish. I have been in a lot of salons and have never seen such a limited selection. What they did have that was near were child pedicure booths which were smaller in size and cutely decorated as a princess and animal. Prices were also typical of most places I've been to in other cities. If they want to grow, make customer service a priority and have a wider variety of polish colors! read more

Very typical nail salon, prices were very good however wish she had made sure all the mess was off my hands after. I went in to have my fake tips removed and gel put on my real nails. So far nails look good mostly my one thumb is slightly bumpy, but had a hard time removing the fake nail. So I am assuming that is the reason for the little bump. The rest of them look good. Totally did not do the design I wanted. I offered from the beginning to change the design into something simpler and they reassured me they could do it no problem. In the end she just put stickers all over my nails and did not even ask me if it was ok change the design. Not happy with the design at all I feel like my nails are childish and look like a 5 year old just put stickers all over. At the end she was laughing at the way they turned out. One of the best pedicures I have had in years. My husband comes here all the time and only sees Doan. I came today for the first time and had Phung. I had a dark colored gel on when I arrived, when she was finished with my feet, my toes are immaculate, no discoloration from the previous. Both ladies did very thorough jobs! Do not go here! I went there today with my sister, we had an appt. everything was fine until we sat down for our pedicures. one random worker comes up to me a starts messing with the chair. she then proceeds to tell me the chair is not meant for me. I assume she made this comment because im a bigger woman. i ask her if there is a problem she states no. she then comes back to do my pedicure... she literally completed a regular pedi in 15 min. she was aggressive with my feet and everytime i moved a leg she looked and checked the chair to see if i broke it. she didnt put a liner in the basin and when i asked her why she claimed it was my fault because the chair was to low to put one in. even though there should've been one in there before i even got to the chair. she then asked me to leave the chair and proceeded to paint and top coat my toes in a different chair across the salon. I understand i'm not skinny and i am a bigger woman. but i have never been treated so poorly because of it at any other salon. and it is not professional to make a paying customer feel she isnt welcome because she is big.
