How did I miss the reviews?!? I lived in Dallas 16 yrs and never ever can I imagine a mani pedi costing $170 or my 9yr old's costing $70. For a grand total of $245!!! Not Even at BLISS SPA in THE W. Even when I go to a clean environment like Panache. My daughter and I don't spend that much and that's with dip. And they offer beverages. And the environment is relaxing. I didn't go because we couldn't keep our scheduled appointments together Never ever again. I doubt they will last through the next 2 weeks by the end of my vacation. About half of the nails and toe nails are bubbled.(they didn't last) She literally told me how much it was going to be and I swear when I finished she upped the price $100. A true lesson for me. Never Ever go anywhere there's no prices listed on the wall on line or in a pamphlet. TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED! Can someone say DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH!!! Oh they didn't cut the nails down or cut cuticles either. Incomplete & unprofessional. Money (yours) over customer service. I had to go back 2 days later just so they could trim down my toenails. I had an appointment and paid extra for dip manicure. I expected to be done by 1 qualified person. I had 4 different people work on my nails. No one did my cuticles, the shape is not uniform on all nails. Some are thick and some are not. The owner seemed to move employees around to other customers depending on what was needing done. The employees looked very frustrated. The owner, finally doing my dip, was on the phone most of the time while doing my nails. Very unprofessional. Will not return. read more

I should've read all the reviews. I do not recommend. The employee who did my nails was very sweet and kind, but so bad. Not only did I get cut with the drill, but the edge of every single nail is uneven and crusty. I had to literally give her tips and advice on how to fix her work. Even had to advise her on how to remove the existing gel polish. She can tell I was disappointed and wanted to make it better but it looked like trash. This place does not have the skill set to improve that nasty work. Additionally, the place isn't clean at all. The towels looked gross, I got nervous when I got the cut on my finger because God knows when everything was properly sterilized. Took my mom here for her birthday gift - a pedicure. I had called ahead for an appointment, and highly encourage you to do the same. They had a constant churn of new customers coming in throughout the early afternoon. Might have been because it was Black Friday weekend? Either way, we were promptly seated and they got to work on my feet. The chairs weren't plugged in so I had to ask to get that set up. Not a big deal but it felt like an easy oversight. After a few stages of massaging and clipping, I was feeling pretty great. By the time it was over I had a nice, relaxing few minutes while they finished up with my wife and mom. They each got their nails painted while I waited, then got them dried which was a welcome surprise. I think the best part of the experience was how affordable it all was! Give them a try. Never again. I have gone to Nail Creations for years for manicures and pedicures, but I will never go back. On my last visit for a pedicure, the girl who did my nails was preoccupied with talking to Nga (the owner) and paid little attention to me or my feet. She cut the end of my toe with the nail nipper and did not apologize. There were steps she left out--not sure why, such as cleaning up the cuticles and lotioning my feet. The polish job was sloppy and chipped within 2 days. I definitely will find some other place to go. read more

My usual salon was closed for a holiday, so I booked here for a gel polish change. I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness at first glance. The floor clearly hasn't been cleaned for a long time, the tools that were used on me were pulled out of a bin of dirty looking tools and all of the bottles of polish used for my nails looked old and had polish and who knows what else all over them. The UV light was also old and dirty. The method that was used to remove my old polish was dremel only, which made my already thin nails very brittle. Even with the polish on them I can barely do anything without one bending. (my other salon soaks the nails to gently remove the polish). After removing the polish with the old dust all over my hands I had to ask to go wash my hands, at which time the reply was "if you want to". I went to the extremely dirty sink area and washed. There were no paper towels to use, only very dirty looking cloth towels. Upon my return to the nail station I was told that I should have used the towels provided, at which point I asked to use a paper towel from the only roll in sight that was on the floor next to the technician. There is polish on my cuticles and skin surrounding my nails and several are already chipped just 2 days later. For as dirty as the place was, there were 2 other employees there the entire time I was being worked on just hanging around and talking to each other. I felt that they could have been working to clean the place a bit rather than just doing nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place and am worried about the time it's going to take for my nails to heal from the experience. I'm also hoping for no infections or issues related to the dirty tools that were used. read more

Updating my review as this place has really gone downhill. I paid $60 for a SNS manicure (which is unheard of - even in the big city where I'm from). Don't get me wrong, I have no problem paying a premium for a good experience, but this simply was not that. The place was dirty (polish stains on everything, powder on surfaces), and there were nail polish bottles with unscrewed tops everywhere because they clearly are too cheap to buy new polish with a top that fits. My manicurist was decent, but left me with two small chips at the tips of two of my nails, which is very disappointing considering the price that I paid. Please do yourself a favor and get a manicure elsewhere. read more

This is by far the best nail salon in Erie. The owner is very sweet and it is evident she is very knowledgeable about manicures and pedicures. I have gone to visit this nail salon previously for Dip nails which to my knowledge aren't offered anywhere else in Erie. They turned out beautifully! Every time I went in and got Dip nails they lasted at least 6 weeks and even then the only reason I'd get them taken off is because they grew out too long to still look nice. This last time I went in I had just a gel manicure because I wanted to save money and they turned out beautifully! The owner was training a new manicurist and she was explaining how she makes the gel nails look seamless and how to make the nails last longer and it was then that I realized how much attention to detail she pays to her customers! My only negative with this salon is that it is frequently just the owner and her husband in the store and so sometimes customers will pile up. I don't think this would be a good place to go with a group or for a relaxing mani/pedi but if you want good quality/beautiful nails then I highly highly recommend this place! read more

I went here for a pedicure and a full set. This was my first time here and I had a specific idea and pictures of the look I was going for and the did exactly that. I don't know any of the girls names but they are all so super friendly and welcoming and treat you like family. It's a tad pricey for what I'm used to paying but well worth it. Don't think any of their nail technicians were truly properly trained. I didn't recognize any name brand nail polish except maybe 3 OPI and 2 Essie. My polish is cracking after 3 days. The workers were openly talking about how they didn't want to get in trouble from management so she left in the middle of my manicure to clean somebody else's foot bath. They wouldn't even let a worker go to the bathroom without pestering her to come out. All the workers were teenagers or young 20s. Workers were yelling across the salon to ask if they got tipped..the mother was still getting her nails done and had not paid yet. How embarrassing... Went there to get a pedicure several weeks back. The place looked clean. The owner is professional, but then our pedicure was done by two students who just graduated high school. I get that they do have to practice, but this wasn't worth $40. The gel manicure was okay. It peeled off a few weeks later, then I discovered that I got a toenail fungus from it. I love this place! I probably get my nails done here once a month. The dip stays on so well that it outlasts my nail outgrowth every time. No chips or peeling. Staff are very friendly and atmosphere is welcoming. I always end up chatting with the other customers and the owner. I've had both mani and pedi here and everything is always very clean. I went to Nail creations for a pedicure. While the actual pedicure was okay. I noticed that the girls where too young to be licensed. When I mentioned to the one girl she was in high school. The other time I went the girl doing my pedicure stopped half way through and traded with another young girl. And it was just horrendous.
