I was a walk in at 4 o clock on a tuesday and didn't make it out of the salon till 7:30 that night. I first waited until 6 to be served. The service is crazy slow. The customer service is also awful. You walk in the place and it takes 15-20 minutes for someone to ask you what you would like. I got an acrylic full set with no design and it took 1hr 30 min. It was ridiculous. The entire set costed $45, which is not bad, but Just the amount of time I spent in the salon makes the whole experience bad.

I leave with a headache if it wasn't for that location and no choice I would not go. My nails look good, but the time is not relaxing I really wish they would shut up or at least lower their voices, no other salon is this bad it's not possible to relax. I paid extra for spa pedicure twice now and they hardly rubbed my feet. Total waste of money again, my nails look good, so if that's all you care about you'll be fine.

I was a little early for my appointment, so the gentleman there let me pick my polish and when I was having a hard time deciding between two colors and asked his opinion, I showed him my (pink) dress and he helped me choose the perfect shade. My pedicure was heavenly, and was my first--I have always been embarrassed by my feet so had put off getting pedis until this occasion, however I will be back! The gel manicure on my short nails turned out lovely, and perfect for my Las Vegas wedding. The pedi/manicurist was so sweet and attentive and did such a great job getting me excited for my big day.

Believe me, I go on a regular basis where I live and have never been charged more. Also, another technician was chugging beer while working on a customer. I thought that was unprofessional. Because of the pricing issue and beer I would not recommend this place.
