We stopped by Foxtail Coffee Co. today and it's such a cute, quaint spot. The inside is decorated really nicely and has a cozy vibe that makes you want to hang out for a bit. I also loved that they offer more than just coffee -- they have ice cream, sandwiches, and sweet treats, which is a fun bonus. They did have to remake my coffee a couple of times because it wasn't quite right, and I wasn't totally confident they knew exactly what they were doing -- but to their credit, they were very nice about it and happy to keep trying to fix it. In the end and a few tries later, I didn't end up drinking it because the taste was just "off." My friend ordered a sandwich on a pretzel bun, and it was served hot. The bun was really good, though it could've used a little more meat. There was no lettuce or tomato. Just meat and a bun. Overall, it's a charming little place with a nice atmosphere -- but the coffee and sandwich were a bit underwhelming. read more

If you want a good cold brew in the area, look no further. Coffee is good quality and has the perfect foam on top. Servers are friendly and you can stop in or drive thru. They even serve some breakfast meals and bagels. We were in a rush so we took food to go. I ordered an egg and turkey sausage bagel and my only complaint was that they couldn't change my plan bagel to an everything (also on the menu). This made me worried the meals were pre-packaged and microwaved. I was surprised the bagel stayed soft and it was tasty. Next time I'll add some cream cheese or hot sauce. A locally owned business with a Starbucks vibe. I ordered an egg sandwich on a croissant with a large coffee. The food and coffee were very good. The service was kind and quick. There are many unique coffee options to choose from. Many of them I've never heard of before so the coffee menu is certainly exciting. Came in for ice cream for my son & a coffee for my wife. My son said the ice cream was good but the coffee they made for my wife was terrible, way too much milk. Tried this new coffee spot this morning for the first time - atmosphere and decor is adorable but that is where my positive comments will end unfortunately. Saturday morning; there are numerous teenage employees standing around looking completely lost. We place our order and waited almost 30 minutes for two cold brew coffees which are supposed to be "on tap" so should not be too difficult to master. When I asked the girls behind the counter about it they all seemed confused and didn't know what to do. After chatting amongst themselves for a few minutes, they decided they misplaced the order ticket. While we understand this is a newly opened establishment, there is no reason multiple employees should have been standing around while we waited that long for simple coffees. read more

I went yesterday with my grandson to get him I cream. He was waiting on my grandson and 2 groups came in after. The other young guy was filling bottle or something not helping. My grandson got his ice cream and I gave my coffee order and he said it'd be a couple of minutes. We went to a table and after about 5 minutes I asked about my coffee he said it'd would be about 5 minutes then continued to wait on another 2 groups that came in. I stopped by Foxtail Coffee yesterday and had the best experience thanks to Kayleighana! Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She was so kind, friendly, and genuine. It's rare these days to meet someone who truly brightens your day through a simple drive-through interaction, but she did exactly that. read more

We live in NNR and I have tried so many times to give this more time to be good. It's just not. My bagel sandwiches always come out with a hard top like it's been over microwaved. Espresso is burnt tasting and I've tried multiple coffee drinks that all tasted unpleasant. Ice cream is good. Really had high hopes but we don't go anymore. read more

First time here. Didnt find any ice cream flavors to jump out and say TRY ME, and the one I did really wasn't the kind to make me come back for it. While looking at the menu I was excited to see Affogato. I had it once before at Vivoli II Gelato at Disney Springs and loved it. Unfortunarely my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I was handed a scoop of ice cream in one hand and a shot of espresso in the other. When I poured it over the coffee it quickly started melting. My last experience with it had the coffee in the middle with the ice cream surrounding it and the presentation and taste were amazing. While I will not give the Affogato another try, I will give their coffees and ice creams another try at finding a scrumptious flavor and taste that calls me back. While the service has been mixed, it has been improving! The one constant is that if you like real coffee, prepared as intended, from high quality beans with proper roasting, Foxtail is it! After years of having Starbuck erode quality roasts and beans from its menu, Foxtail emerges as a place that still emphasizes quality coffee prepared by real baristas. This comes with a trade-off, you cannot brew good espresso with an automated machine! Any expresso-based drinks will take time, and one will need to be patient. I drink Americanos, and the single-origin flavor profiles have been exceptional. As they develop a dependable workforce of baristas, speed will improve, but the owners know their coffee. If you are a coffee purist, give Foxtail a chance! read more

I hate to pile on with the negativity but HOLY COW you people ought to be ashamed of yourselves!!! We tried you when you first opened and figured it was just complete lack of training. Fast forward 2+ months and NOTHING has changed. Seriously the slowest service I've ever experienced, period. Was in yesterday morning and walked right up to the counter. Paid $29 for two barely run-of-the-mill breakfast sandwiches and two mediocre coffees. Received the sandwiches in a fairly decent time frame (expected for mass produced food, heated in a microwave) but the coffee were not ready for another 20 minutes. That is completely unacceptable, will never patronize this coffee shop again. read more

Only three people in and are the slowest baristas. They stand around talking about someone that complained her small coffee was taking a long time, while having people waiting for coffee and people waiting to order. They walk back and forth pretending to be doing something but nothing is being done. read more
