Who doesn't love a good donut? Once I saw this donut shop the other day, I knew I had to stop there one morning. Well today was the day. I picked up a half dozen to bring home for the family. They have a great selection and the woman working there described them all. Chocolate, Glazed, Boston Cream, Maple Iced Long John, and Vanilla Bean Glazed Croissant...we loved them all! We got Five-Oh so good donuts. Awesome selection of some huge ones here. Girl was nice at counter. Fritters were amazing & real dark like I like em. The croissant donut was big square & delish. The Long John was a Brick! Packed w/ crème & had maple frosting & a drizzle. The blueberry cake was moist w/ a crispy glaze. Prices were great too, fritters & long John was only 3 ea. read more

It's a cute shop with a cool law enforcement theme (5-0). You'll see the badge in the logo, and even some catchy phrases such as "Arrestingly Good Donuts" and much more. There is a case with the current lineup of usual suspects. They also have seasonal donuts. I was there on a weekday morning. It was just before the outlet shops open at 11am. There was a good variety of options. I went with the most popular vanilla glazed croissant, and a milk & cookies latte. It's made with one of their sugar free flavors (cookie dough). The croissant and the latte were very average. I've had glazed croissants that were way better. It just didn't taste as fresh. Also, the presentation didn't look so great. It looked like the glaze had peeled off somewhere in transit from the kitchen to the display case. The taste was okay, but the quality & freshness wasn't there. It was my first time visiting this donut shop. The service was good. There was only one person working at the time. I'm thinking that I should come earlier and try something different. Enormous and delicious donuts. These donuts are so big that I can not finish one in a sitting. We typically buy a box of 4 donuts, which includes two simples and two fancies. My favorite donuts are: Boston Creme, Cookie Monster, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Hey Shorty Oreo Bday. They have a standard menu and rotate seasonal items. They discount the donuts if you buy a 6-pack (10% off) or 12 pack (15% off), but with the size of these donuts, we never buy that many at once. They also have a loyalty program to earn free donuts. The only downfall to this location is that the donuts are not made on site like the Bradenton location, but I believe they ice and decorate the donuts in-house. They might close early if they run out of donuts, but that has never happened to me at this location. This is the newest of five locations. We are happy to have a location close to home now! read more

This donut shop is located in Palmetto, by a mall. I went late morning, and they had limited selection. Busy morning, perhaps. The staff was friendly enough. They have some table for those looking to enjoy their donuts inside, and have a cooler with local milk. I tried their glazed cronut (croissant donut), glazed donut, and chocolate frosted donut. Nice storefront, and terrific donuts. I didn't try the coffee (had my own from home in the car) but it smelled really good. The staff worker was about the nicest person I've met behind a counter. Prices were very good too! Definitely now my go to place for donuts in the area. read more

A friend always brings us surprises from here so we decided to return the favor. Kris at the counter was awesome! So helpful, put chocolate frosting and sprinkles on a fresh donut for me and delivered my iced latte to the table - which was also awesome!! And the restaurant is cute! Great trip.
