I entered wearing a $15,000 sheared mink coat and carrying a Louis Vuitton bag -- clearly not riffraff, clearly not someone arriving to cause trouble. My boyfriend, who is Puerto Rican, was dressed appropriately as well. We looked polished, put-together, and fashionable. And yet the security guard, who was slurring his words, immediately put his hands on my boyfriend the second we sat down. His excuse? "Your pants are sagging." They were not. This wasn't about a dress code. This wasn't about safety. This was racial profiling -- blatant, obvious, and unprovoked. I put my bag on the barstool, took my fur off and immediately in less than two minutes problems based on purely our appearance. Which is how racism works actually. I am African American, and as soon as they saw we weren't white, the tone shifted. This place caters strictly to white patrons and the few Hispanic customers willing to tolerate disrespect. Everyone else is treated as a problem before they even order a drink. Coming from New York City, I know nightlife, I know professionalism, and I know discriminatory behavior when I see it. Fox's is a disgrace to hospitality and a danger to anyone who isn't white. If you value dignity or basic respect, don't go where you are not welcome. read more

Warm beer, slow service, overpriced food. Nice place seating and tables, and ton of TVs . waitress was polite but slow service the place wasn't even that busy. I was meeting a friend for lunch at another place that ended up being closed so I jumped on yelp to see what was close and this place was around the corner. Just looking at it from the street with the outdoor patio it didn't look like much but when you walk in the place is huge. I don't think that I have been in a place with more TVs on the walls. They have a big bar and plenty of tables around it with 2 pool tables, 3 dart machine, video gaming etc etc. The menu is typical sports bar and pizza was brought up but I was craving a good cheeseburger for awhile I said that's not been filled so I don't want pizza. I started with a Bloody Mary and a Spotted cow chaser Sunday special, the Bloody Mary was ok with with some spice to it and better than average. I ordered the classic cheeseburger rare with lettuce, tomato and onion with tots as my potato. The burgers didn't take long and I'm wondering if it's going to be cooked correctly because that gets messed up all the time. When the food hit the table it looked and smelled amazing with tons of tots, no skimping here. The tots were cooked perfect golden, extra crispy shell with a soft inside and really good. The weird half moon shape frys were also very good with a crisp shell and soft center. Ok now to try my rare cheeseburger, let take a bite and see OMG this is so delicious and you can tell by the taste that it was cooked perfect because totally cooked meat tast different. OMG the beef patty had this awesome char grilled flavor and having just lettuce, tomato and onion with no mustard/ketchup you could taste the meat in every bite. The bun and toppings were fresh and made the burger great. They make a cheeseburger that Is what I think a good cheeseburger should taste like and be so my good cheeseburger crave was totally satisfied. I don't know why nothing seems to last in this space, but they have a nice outdoor patio, so I thought I would give this a try. Fox's has a large space for the bar and tables. It was seat yourself on the patio this afternoon. Service was quick and polite. They have $5 rail or $7 Grey Goose Bloodies on Sundays. Naturally we went with the Goose. Bloodies were good, nothing spectacular, Just a pickle, olives, lmie slice and lemon wedge and a bud light chaser, There menu is typical for a sports bar, apps, wings, burgers, pizza. etc. We went with the wings. We had both the mild and the fajita seasoned wings and shared an order of tots. Food was out incredibly quick and it was good, but again nothing stands out. I took my family who was visiting from out of town on 6-29-24 and was very disappointed in the service we got from a female waitress named Hailey. She neglected us from the beginning and neglected our table the whole time we were there. We tried multiple times to catch her attention. She was not interested in helping us. To my surprise, we noticed her playing the slot machine instead of attending to her duties. I was embarrassed that I had taken my family there. We were even charged for an appetizer we never received. (they gave us cashback). Our bill was close to $250 too. Very disappointed. The only plus side to this was the appetizers were good. Fox's Pub from the outside looks like a really big bar with a small parking lot. Upon entering, that's exactly it. I did find close parking and inside the bar extends all the way over there. Two bouncers were standing close to the door and were paying close attention to those who walked in and what was going on inside the bar. We were immediately greeted by a few bartenders and had our drinks quickly. I was glad to hear that there is a kitchen which is open late. There is plenty of seating at the long bar and many available tables as well. Several large tv's were spread throughout the bar. At one point I did ask a server for a glass of water, but unfortunately, it never arrived. I didn't see a beer or food list. I didn't see a menu for food, drink or a QR code to scan. The music playing was not too loud and I was able to carry on a conversation without having to yell. On a shelf behind the bar were some assorted games which never left behind the bar. It's taken me 6 months to come to terms with the last time I went there. I am considering a lawsuit. THAT is how bad it can be. I was publicly insulted (over the sound system) by the bartender and then a bouncer asked me to leave. It was merely my birthday and I made the mistake of spending time (20 minutes) there. I had just turned 44 and they informed me that I am not in the demographic that they apparently hope will fill the establishment. I've been coming here for over a year now. I've had great experiences here every time I have gone. The Bartenders, Nicole and Scotty are the best! I recently tried their mac and cheese and it is delicious! I've also had their buffalo chicken dip and it is tasty! My friends and I love coming here because they have great music and atmosphere. I have been anxiously waiting for them to open. It would be nice to have a non-chain option in the area. Our server was very friendly and brought popcorn to the table. I love popcorn and that was a fast win. We ordered the cheese curds which appeared to be just fried blocks of cheese, there was no breading. I thought they were supposed to come with poblano ranch but we got marinara. I wouldn't get those again. I ordered the Buttermilk Crispy sandwich with tots. Wow..... What an experience. Just terrible. Went in at 5:00 on a Thursday (today).... Not busy. Sat outside. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Started with the worst old fashions I have ever had. You don't muddle? No bitters? Yikes. This is Wisconsin. Ordered a Caesar salad in a wrap. Not hard right? Came out with chicken and croutons. No lettuce at all. Very odd. Then ordered shots. Wrong shots given to people. Then I ordered a tall single captain and diet and noticed it was super strong. Given a double. I had to drive. I ordered a single tall vodka press and got charged for a double. The single was 5.50 and the extra shot I did not order was 2.50. I brought this error to the bartender's attention and she gave me 2 dollars back. They kept the 50 cents for the extra soda in the tall drink. Two ounces of soda for 50 cents makes a gallon of soda there 32 dollars a gallon. That's not customer service and explains why the place was empty at 4 in the afternoon on a Saturday. I had left the two bucks on the bar and the gal slid it to me and told me she didn't need my 2 dollar tip. Anyone that knows me knows I usually leave a 10 dollar tip. She screwed herself out of a decent tip. We dropped plenty of cash in the machines there and to charge extra for two ounces of soda is insulting. Came here after Mad Dogs closed and this opened. I was recommended by a few guys to come here and try their food out. There specials were really good. They had the $6 pitcher of beer and $5 old fashions. They didn't use the cheap or generic Bourbon for this drink and I really appreciated that. Our waitress was so awesome!! She was really friendly, had great conversations, and was always checking to make sure we were okay with drinks and food. They had endless Mac and cheese which was a cool option to have. You got to pick from all their Mac and cheese options for this and there was a lot. Ordered the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. This dish was good. It wasn't spectacular or something I would order again, but still a good dish to eat. I wasn't a fan of the wings. They didn't really have a lot of flavor to them and the sauces I chose for them you couldn't really taste them. I enjoyed they had TVs everywhere and we were able to watch the Bucks game on multiple screens. I loved that they had a basketball machine, ping pong table, and pool to have some fun with. I would for sure come back for happy hour, maybe to try a different dish, and definitely try to get that same waitress because she was great at her job! 2 people including myself had chicken sandwich. It was thin breaded barely any meat and was burnt and chicken was chewy. 4 people said worse cheese curds they've ever had (all from WI). I dig this spot. Fun atmosphere for Bucks/Packer games. I've tried their wings, pizza & loaded tots all were delicious. Their Thursday wing special is a great deal. It's a bit pricey overall, but features nice up to date look & TVs covering every square inch of the wall space. The bartenders I've interacted with have been friendly & attentive. After opening gifts we were told we couldn't keep them at our table as there were several bottles of alcohol. They stored them in the backroom for us till we left. Upon leaving we noticed not only a bottle missing but also the bags had been gone through. Items had been moved from bag to bag. After a long hard day at the machine shop and welding for 10 hours in 100 degree temps with no water, no breaks and just a rough day I decided to stop at Fox's Pub. After eating and drinking with a bunch of South Siders (Milwaukee) I found my new home and more purpose in life. Beers were chilled to perfection. Not sure I understand the nuts and bolts game yet but may bring my own next time and toolbox to really make it special. For games I may go to this place. New joint in town... I always have to try wings any chance I get. Chicken wings were plump and tender. Sauce could have been a tad spicier, but still quite tasty. Very happy to finally find a place that is generous with the sauce. As long as they don't cut corners down the road, I'll be a regular. Only two negatives, which I hope will be ironed out... 1) There is a garage door that opens up to the patio, which is great for fresh air on a nice day, but cigarette smoke from the patio kept wafting in and was disruptive to my meal. 2) No free refills on soda. Pizza and wings are great. Been going there for just about every Sunday Packer game. At first you would receive a raffle ticket for just being there. Today it suddenly changed that you only get a raffle ticket if you order an alcoholic drink. I don't drink alcohol so no ticket for the raffle. Same people win every week because they consume a lot of alcohol. Why are those who can't or won't drink alcohol penalized? I'll be staying home or going elsewhere for the games. read more

Very disappointed. Service from staff was awesome and attentive, I was drinking mixed drinks and could not taste any alcohol in in any of the cocktails served to me. Everyone else at my table was drinking beer and had a great time! I should have said something but didn't want the rest of my table to hear me complain and didn't want to cause an issue. Been here a few times, pretty good food, staff is attentive, great atmosphere. BUT recently I took a few friends of mine there for the Monday night football game. Chiefs Vs. Ravens. If you're a fan of football you know this was an exciting matchup this year. Being a self proclaimed "sports bar" they had the game on like 2 of 15 or however many TVs They have. Smaller crowd in the bar clearly watching the game. I asked "do you think you'll be turning the sound for the game" to which the waitress replied ....uhhhh... we don't do that unless it's like.. packers. As some absolutely sad down tempo country song blared over the system. I asked.. "could you ask?" She comes back and says "no.." as the next absolutely sad sad slow country song played on. Friends and I finished our food, tipped well and left at halftime. Knowing my friends they would've spent another double their bill by the end of the game. We were a large group for lunch on Saturday. Food was just average at best. The pizza was absolutely horrible!!!!! There was barely any sauce on it and no cheese at all. Very understaffed. Food is ok. Every time we come here. After 3 times it's the same. Went during a Badger game and the place was full. The waiting staff was running around trying their best as well as the one bartender. Did not see server for awhile so my wife went to the bar to order. We had a bad service experience yesterday. Our waitress was totally lost on how to separate our bills for our large party of 13. She had to actually ask us what we ordered in order to bill us, and when our bills came they were wrong. After redoing several times she was almost in tears. I don't totally blame the waitress but the process of how bills are split in their system, this needs to improve. Scott the bartender accused me of something I've never done in my life before, regarding someone else's drink. I got kicked out of the bar after I was only there for about a minute. Enough time to walk in and go directly to the bar and order a drink. (SURVEILLANCE WILL SHOW THAT). Before I even got my drink, I had bouncers escorting me out. I went back a week later to speak to the staff/bouncer and was told that they reviewed the surveillance camera and I was cleared of the accusation. I went a few times since with no issues. Couple of weeks ago, I go back again and once again, before I got my first drink, I had a bouncer escort me out. I kept telling them that I'm not whoever they think I am. That another bouncer said I was mistaken for someone else that looked like me. I was humiliated once again. Bouncer even squared up to me because he tried saying I was getting an attitude. My fiancé and I decided to give this place a shot. To start the bartender was barely audible over the loud 90's music (you would think a sports bar would have the baseball game on the sound system). Our vodka cranberry was made twice with a vodka they said they had but didn't before she realized the cranberry was out so she then over poured a vodka sprite. The calamari was obviously frozen, overcooked and under seasoned. The buffalo dip was good and hot but they didn't even come out together so half my calamari was shared. Appetizer plates were coffee cup saucers. I ordered take out for my lunch the next day and they put a hot sandwich in with my salad. They separated it upon my request but the crew is obviously inexperienced. I was given a beer after I paid my bill and we were ready to leave after voicing concerns to the manager who was definitely trying hard to keep up on the bartenders casually eating in front of guests as they worked.
