I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. The office itself is very relaxing, almost spa-like. I had very little wait time and was provided a complimentary ultrasound screening to determine the best course of treatment. My recommended treatment was sclerotherapy. The nurses that treated me (Celina and Dana) were so professional and caring throughout the procedure, which was not very painful. They sent me home with very specific instructions that were easy to follow. I am now 10 days post-treatment and my legs look great! There's still a tiny bit of bruising, but it's going away. I'm so happy I'll be ready to sport bare legs again! The treatment, from making the appointment through the follow-up, could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend VSI!

I went to Vein and Laser yesterday for the first time, for a tattoo removal consultation. After the…read moreprocedure was thoroughly explained to me by the nurse (Bea), I decided to go ahead with the laser treatment on my arm and leg. Bea did such a wonderful job of making me feel more at ease, as I was fairly nervous. She explained the numbing process and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay throughout, which gave me a sense of comfort. She did not rush the procedure at all. I am prone to anxiety, and Bea's kindness and professionalism helped me get through it. Also, the laser portion of the treatment was truly painless! Upon completion of the procedure, I was sent home with a packet of after-care instructions, ice packs, and all the supplies needed to bandage up & care for the areas that were lasered while they heal. I am confident that I have finally found the right place to remove my tattoos once and for all, which is such a relief. There are several tattoo removal clinics out there, but based on my prior experiences and comparison to my great appointment at Vein and Laser, I'm not certain of their effectiveness or legitimacy. I highly recommend this office, as your care will come from a medical doctor and RN. Yes, it is a bit of an expense (yet not outrageous!) but worth it for the high-quality laser equipment and the extra care received!

The doctors are decent, they miss things here and there, but overall okay. Seeing as how your experience with the doctor is about 10% of the time there, the general staff really needs to work on their attitudes. They also close down the whole place from 12 to 1 for lunch. Who does that anymore? They have at least over fifty people working there. There is no reason they can't work shifts out differently. I've gone there most of my life and still haven't developed a relationship with any of the staff aside from my doctor. They're just far too unpleasant. I know I sound like a bitter person that is just trying to get what vengeance I can on them for some stupid reason, but I assure you that's not the case. Go there for yourself and you will experience it as well.
