The business is in a strip mall, unassuming and doesn't pander to luxury. But my massage was in a quiet, well equipped room, dimly lit, and exceedingly comfortable. Therapeutic massage can touch deep along the spine and wake up nerves and muscles that don't want to unkink! It can hurt but in a masochistic, it'll make you better kind of way. When I have had acute instances of back and neck pain, Dr. Dan's treatments have always helped me recover significantly faster than when I don't treat with him (due to time or money, depending on the time in my life). Although, to be fair to her review, my pain treatments in the past have not been due to traumatic injury - more like forgetting that I can't do at 43 what I could at 20. Or 30 for that matter. Or....35. I digress. My only "criticism" of Dr Dan's office is that his hours are difficult to me to schedule to. HOWEVER, when I communicate well with him, he tries incredibly hard to accommodate me. The long and short of it is that When I have had pain that "just won't go away", Dr. Dan can release that pain within 1-2 visits. Thanks Dr. Dan!

After assessing and asking other questions we determined maybe gas/indigestion or a strained muscle. This morning he woke up with same pain and he was uncomfortable not knowing what it was or could be, we set up appt on scheduling app for first thing this morning with Dr Dan. Dr Dan assessed him, asked him questions and did adjustment spent some time in area of discomfort. Dr Dan explained in terms my son understood and advised us what to look for in case was something else! Well my son walked out with the confidence to go to school knowing Dr Dan adjusted him and eased his mind! Earlier this evening my son said out of blue I think Dr Dan fixed the issue because I'm not feeling the pain no more! So about 8pm I followed up with my son to see how he felt and he said "Dr Dan got it" then we chanted DR DAN IS THE MAN a couple times. He's good with adults and kids, talks to him and not just me. I'm glad when my son doesn't feel well Dr Dan is who he asks to see!!! My son has seen Dr Dan since he was 3 days old! Best parenting decision by far!!!

He tells you everything he's doing which is good especially if you haven't done this before. Very knowledgeable. His wife Lynn manages the office and is very nice and personable. I've heard others be told how payment works, and have heard people ask how many sessions they have left that will be covered by insurance with no complaints or groans. Marcy is probably my favorite part of my visit. She remembers absolutely everyone's name and the time and days of the week they like to come in. She also sends reminder texts for appointments so they're not forgotten. What's best is that she is very flexible with appointments. There have been a few times I've been sick or had an emergency come up and she adjusts my appointments without issue or penalty. The massage therapists are outstanding. Everyone that I've meet have been awesome. They're understanding about your pains and don't take offense if you let them know they're being a little rougher than you can handle on your injuries. Likewise, if you go often, they'll also remember what massage they need to do, even if you don't go to them every visit. They are also great with remembering patients which makes the entire visit feel like a visit to see family instead of a physician. Dr. Chris is awesome! He's quick, patient, and also does wholistic treatments such as acupuncture. I love the level of transparency I get and the suggestions to make things better for me.
