Dr Dan is the man was chanted in my house tonight, my 13yr old son informed me after school yesterday that right below his left pec area he was experiencing some sharp pains and discomfort. After assessing and asking other questions we determined maybe gas/indigestion or a strained muscle. This morning he woke up with same pain and he was uncomfortable not knowing what it was or could be, we set up appt on scheduling app for first thing this morning with Dr Dan. Dr Dan assessed him, asked him questions and did adjustment spent some time in area of discomfort. Dr Dan explained in terms my son understood and advised us what to look for in case was something else! Well my son walked out with the confidence to go to school knowing Dr Dan adjusted him and eased his mind! Earlier this evening my son said out of blue I think Dr Dan fixed the issue because I'm not feeling the pain no more! So about 8pm I followed up with my son to see how he felt and he said "Dr Dan got it" then we chanted DR DAN IS THE MAN a couple times. He's good with adults and kids, talks to him and not just me. I'm glad when my son doesn't feel well Dr Dan is who he asks to see!!! My son has seen Dr Dan since he was 3 days old! Best parenting decision by far!!! read more

I hurt my arm and had sharp pain that kept me from sleeping at night and doing basic things during the day. After an appointment with Dr. Dan Purdue at Advanced Relief Chiropractic I was able to regain a lot of movement in my arm and had relief from the pain. Dr. Dan showed me exercises to do to help the muscles heal. I went back the next week and had even greater relief and can now sleep on that side and I am back to using that arm without the painful reminder to be more careful when I lift heavy objects! I stumbled across Michelle T's review, and I felt I had to respond. I have been an off and on patient of Dr. Dan's for years. When I have had acute instances of back and neck pain, Dr. Dan's treatments have always helped me recover significantly faster than when I don't treat with him (due to time or money, depending on the time in my life). Although, to be fair to her review, my pain treatments in the past have not been due to traumatic injury - more like forgetting that I can't do at 43 what I could at 20. Or 30 for that matter. Or....35. I digress. My only "criticism" of Dr Dan's office is that his hours are difficult to me to schedule to. HOWEVER, when I communicate well with him, he tries incredibly hard to accommodate me. The long and short of it is that When I have had pain that "just won't go away", Dr. Dan can release that pain within 1-2 visits. Thanks Dr. Dan! read more

I move to the west Aurora area just over a year ago, and stopped my monthly chiropractor adjustments. Dr. Purdue was fine with picking up on monthly adjustments, without the pressure of needing to come 3 times a week as many other chiropractors try to do. I saw Dr. Dan frequently during my pregnancy to alleviate back and hip pain, and he did a fantastic job of treating me. The difference between my pregnancy while seeing Dr. Dan, and my pregnancies without chiropractic care was night and day. This practice is friendly, clean, and above and beyond helpful. They will check your insurance coverage for you, they give you all of the pricing information that you need, and are easy to communicate with. The waiting area is set-up nicely for children. I can't tell you enough how much we appreciate what Dr. Daniel Purdue has done to help our family! I started going to Dr. Dan for pregnancy adjustments and had the best most pain free pregnancy ever! I do believe that going for adjustments with Dr. Dan had a huge impact and also played a major part in having my successful VBAC! I have gone in for tune ups that helped me greatly with any discomfort I had from nursing. Thanks Dr. Dan :) He has also helped our baby who is now 19 mos get adjustments for torticollis-he worked side by side with our PT and our baby is doing great. We also have taken our daughter there for adjustments that have helped her allergies.
