Clearly only cares about money and not your actual health. my girlfriend had a consultation, at the end he went over a very pricey health plan. my girlfriend explained she didn't have the income to afford treatment and he gave a different but equally pricey option, she said that was still out of her budget and he hung up on her, very unprofessional. read more

Dr. Kailee & Dr. James are SO thoughtful and helpful as they treat their patients. I have never seen a chiropractor office be so committed to our home care by providing equipment for our at home exercises. Plus they are always offering new information and doing talks and events to share with us the newest findings. read more

never felt healthier than being with Judge family chiropractic for the past five years.

Diagnostic imaging over time - in other words, 'before' and 'after' x-rays (or mri's, thermography scans, etc,) DO NOT LIE! They show either improvement, or degradation, in the case of cervical, sacral, or mid spinal images. In my particular case - I have improved tremendously! No particular details about my case to preserve PHI, just take my word. I have other metrics (bodyfat percentage, 'real' age) over time, that support my claim and situational actuality of my condition. A very large thank you, shoutout, and RECCO to Dr.'s James and Kylie and their ultra tolerant and understanding staff - they put up with me afterall. read more

In short, these people are top-notch experts and work with people in all walks of life, in all conditions. My wife and I, and all four kids have been getting adjusted here for over a year now. Doctors Kalie and James will be honest with you, and understand that chiropractic care is not a one-and-done treatment. They equip you to succeed in your personal health journey, and truly care about seeing health restored. My wife was four months pregnant with our fourth child when we started our care. Dr. Kalie is certified in the Webster Technique which meant no round ligament pain or sciatic nerve pain for my wife, which was present with the other three pregnancies. Dr. Kalie also came to our home to adjust mom and baby, five days after our home birth. In 2021, I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease and a flare up (at that time) that had me questioning whether I would ever be able work again, let alone train for any sport (I was a lifelong multi sport athlete). After a trip to the ER and months of debilitating panic attacks that lasted up to 5-6 hrs each, I was running out of options for treatment. After a year now of chiropractic care, but also working with Dr. Kalie on exercise, mindset, nutrition, and detox, I successfully completed the Naperville Sprint Triathlon 2022 with a successful recovery and no flare ups. With James and Kalie both being athletes themselves, my kids were inspired to get active as well. Our two oldest ran a couple 5Ks with me last year (2021). Judge Chiropractic doesn't just encourage a healthy spine, they also encourage a healthy life. That means staying active! I'm back to working full time now, and still pursuing full health with the help of Judge Chiropractic. I can't imagine getting healthy without them, and my whole family loves them too. read more

Such an awesome and encouraging team that really helps keep me on track, and honestly I feel hatter at 59 than I did at 49.

Life changing in all the best ways! The doctors really care about their patients - it's not just about getting well but it's about preventing disease - and living to be healthy. read more

Such amazing Chiropractors. They both care about everyone's wellbeing and try to make everyone's experience life changing. The office atmosphere is always alive and full of positive energy. I highly recommend if you have any injuries or just want to keep up with overall health. read more

I've been to many Chiropractors but JUDGE FAMILY CHIROPRACTORS are fantastic. They look at the whole person. Never before have I felt this great! That is what matters. Care and the office staff are beyond what I thought. I highly recommend them. read more

Excellent care from both Doctors! Pleasant office atmosphere and nurses / assistants!

Adding to the comments that this place feels like a cult, coming from someone who actually left a cult. One woman commented how the doctors needed her husband's "permission" and if she "had the power to make choices". I had lots of these situations that felt like they were prying into my personal life when all I wanted was somebody to fix my back. I have my own therapists, mentors, etc. to deal with different aspects of my life. They kept on trying to blur the lines of the relationship I wanted with them when they are only certified chiropractors and nothing more. This whole situation was very triggering. read more

This whole operation feels cultish. 2 appointments and no treatment. Was questioned about if I had decision making power or needed my husband. ARE you kidding me. Was told I HAD to bring my husband. Was not told cost for treatments even when repeating the question to many in the office. Be aware and informed. read more

Literally obsessed with this team outside of the incredible chiropractic care you receive.. The genuine kindness you feel from every staff member right when you walk through the door makes my day. Literally they remembered me by NAME by my 2nd appointment... They are SO intentional with each client, it's honestly super refreshing and unlike anything I've ever experienced. I've been going to chiropractors since I was 12 years old and I can honestly say I have never received care like I do here. They are also huge on EDUCATING you on your x rays and the benefits of chiropractic care and a HEALTHY life style in general. I understand my body so much more now because of what I've learned from them. I typically see Dr Kalie and freaking LOVE HER but only hear incredible things about James too! Highly recommend at least a consultation read more

Our family loves Judge Chiropractic! My toddler loves her adjustments and feels so comfortable here! Each staff member is so kind, welcoming, and well informed. Both Dr. Kalie and Dr. James care deeply for their patients and are always willing to explain things or answer any questions I may have. Getting regular adjustments during pregnancy has been an absolute game changer for me. Highly recommend!!! read more

My experience at Judge Chiropractic Center has been awesome from the beginning ! I haven't been a patient with hard physical issues but one of their 5 essentials to healthy living is a correct mindset ! This is the area where I needed healing because initially I was really terrified of being adjusted at all. Never having been to a chiropractor it felt as if I had stepped into a new world ! I received love, acceptance, and patience from the doctors ! For me, there is nothing more rewarding then unconditional acceptance !! I have also been very blessed and encouraged by all the testimonies of peoples lives being changed & healed of physical ailments through the doctor's professional care. Some of these testimonies have come from the dinners that are held every other other month. I go as often as I can praying to retain more & more of the truth being taught by Dr. James ! They are committed to seeing you get the very best care they can offer so what more can one ask for !! read more

Dr James literally had a temper tantrum when we declined services! It was $3000, and I was moving away to college in 2 months. I tried to explain this and he told me I had no excuse. It's not like this place has multi locations and I can go anywhere. read more

What can I say? Honestly there's not enough I can say about Judge Family Chiropractic. I have been going now for about a year and they have helped not only me but my entire family. You are not just a number there, they know you and genuinely care about your well being and success. I wasn't able to go for a few weeks due to family situations and they actually checked in and asked about us which no other doctor has ever done, EVER. And when I returned today and received my adjustment I can't explain how amazing I felt and it reconfirmed that I will never go without adjustments. They truly need to be a part of everyone's lives and Judge Family and staff should be everyone's choice. read more

What I like most about this practice is seeing what your spine looks like before and during your care program. Obviously, any chiropractor office can do x-rays, but this practice makes it a point to do it so you can SEE where the corrections/adjustments are needed. I came in with minimal known "issues" and joined with my wife. Initial imaging showed there was work to be done and follow-up imaging showed positive progress. Like a personal trainer, everyone will be given a different "program" or regimen to follow based on their body's needs. But remember, like I have to remind myself sometimes, it's a process that takes time and patience, as well as, effort on your part. And of course, the staff is VERY friendly. read more

Kalie saved my career as a wedding photographer. ⁣ ⁣ I've struggled with migraines my whole life but last fall my migraines increased. Anytime I sat down to edit or even go out on a shoot I started getting a migraine to the point my vision started blurring and my head hurt so bad I'd want to vomit. After 3 weeks of struggling, Kalie reached out to me and had me come into her chiropractic office. She got me in a program to strengthen my spine - I was being adjusted 3 times a week. After just one week my migraines were cut in half. It's been almost a year now and I rarely get them. It's amazing I'm so thankful for her servants heart to help others and desire to want them to thrive in life. ⁣ ⁣ If any of you struggle with health go see Kalie. I swear it will change your life read more

So I started going to see Judge Family the first week of July. I met Dr. Kalie as we were walking through sweetest days in Geneva. She popped in front of me and asked if we'd be interested in having our backs checked(my wife and I). I said I've been going to doctors, specialists, chiropractors for 3 years since my accident I had, and no one has been able to help me. They all just kept throwing drugs at me. She said it's $50 and they would do a foot screen, thermal imaging, and X-ray. If they could help they would and without drugs. I figured screw it what do I have to lose.... After about 2 months I was completely off pain pills and anti-inflammatory pills. It wasn't fixed. But significantly better. Fast forward to today, this is the first time in 3 years I haven't had pain!!! Today after my appointment, I got to my car, started driving home and emotions took over. I actually started to cry! For once in 3 years I felt NO pain! On top of myself, my entire family goes. Me, my wife, 4 year old, 2 year old, and 3 month old and we all get adjusted including our baby! They have changed our lives in more ways than just chiropractic. The entire staff is amazing!!! God bless them! Highly recommend read more

My husband and I started going to Dr. Kalie at the beginning of summer with hopes of simply improving our overall health and well being. Not only do we feel much better, but have seen significant improvements in our spinal x-rays that were shown to us at the beginning of care compared to our current x-rays. The office environment is positive and uplifting. The office staff is kind and welcoming. We love how office staff knows and calls you by name every time you walk in. Dr. James and Dr. Kalie are clearly very passionate about their work and helping their patients improve their quality of life. read more

Love you guys. As for all the people saying it's a scam...it's a program, you don't just go in and get your back cracked...if you go through with the program and put effort into it you will see results overtime. If you are just looking for a quick crack go to a walk-in, but the results won't stay and you'll actually pay them more overtime...If you are serious about getting out of pain and in good health this is the place in the tri-cities that does this and they do an amazing job. read more

New-ish facility and kids play area. But that's where the Pros ended. Judge Family Chiro is part of the Max Living cult or whatever you wanna call it? High pressure sales, open adjustments so everyone can watch you. Scare tactics used to try and convince you that you need their services. Had a student tell me he was a Doctor already. Office policy not allow release of xrays or medical records to the patient (per "HIPPA" regs, yeah right). read more

I moved to the area about two years ago, and was "under-whelmed" with the first two chiropractors I tried out. I was referred to Judge Chiropractic by a coworker; and I couldn't be more happy with the care I've recieved there. I always leave their office feeling refreshed and energized-- the positive energy in their office is contagious. They are invested in ensuring that every aspect of their pateints' lives are healthy; holding seminars and infosessions around healthy living. I can honestly say that I live a much happier, healthier life because of Dr. James and Dr. Kalie Judge! God Bless. read more

After a 2 hour appointment at Judge Family Chiropractic, my husband handed me a brochure saying that in order for him to continue to get treatment, he needs me to attend a session at the office. I agreed, despite the red flag, and went 2 days later. Upon entering, I noticed that NONE of the employees (about 5) were wearing masks. One employee tried to verbally usher us into a room, but I stopped and said, "Why is no one wearing a mask?" Her response was, "I choose not to wear one for personal reasons." I said, "I am not comfortable being around strangers who are not wearing masks." She agreed to put one on in order to get us into the room (none of the other employees put on a mask). The employee brought in another brochure for my husband and I to read with no cited evidence, just testimonials. After reading in the brochure how this place has successful offices in Canada, The U.S. and Zimbabwe (?), and how committing to some essential practices will change our lives, she began her pitch, beginning with the question: "What is the biggest cause of federal debt?" I actually laughed out loud. She was following a script! My husband said, "I don't know." She said, "medical costs," as though committing a membership to this place is our American duty (pathos). She then transitioned to an ethos appeal by describing her experience working with patients in numerous medical settings - she mentioned elderly patients and patients with cancer. She literally said that patients who wanted to get pregnant "got pregnant in their office." Mind you, my husband and I are middle aged. I interrupted and asked, "I'm sorry, what was your role in these medical settings?" She told us she was a receptionist. I wish I were joking. I asked "so you do not have healthcare expertise yourself?" She replied that she is certified in some kind of acronym that I didn't recognize and cannot remember, but she qualified it by saying she had the credentials needed to work with patients in that office. Then, she appealed to our pathos again by telling us that she has worked with patients who have suffered and died from leukemia, and began to segue into how life choices could prevent leukemia. This was an oddly specific appeal since I am a leukemia survivor and my husband lost a twin to leukemia. I interrupted once more, "So am I hearing this correctly? Are you saying that you have worked with patients who have compromised immunity, and you do not wear a mask?" Her response was, "I am healthy. I have no symptoms of a disease. I do not need to wear a mask." I said, "So you don't believe that Covid can be spread without symptoms?" Her response was, "I will not live in fear." That was when we got up and left. My husband was there for two hours on Monday amidst these people who don't believe they have to protect others' health in a global pandemic. I am not excusing his ignorance in not walking out the door, but it is important that the community know that we have potentially been exposed to Covid as have likely numerous others trusting this organization and their persuasive pitch. We will need to be tested and possibly quarantine. We are caring for aging parents who are immune compromised. I reported them to the Illinois Health Department for endangering our health and the health of others under the guise that they have healthcare expertise. I have had a great experience at Judge Family Chiropractic. I always feel welcome and the energy in the office is amazing. The staff is helpful and quite courteous. If ever I have a question the are always there to assist. I understand more about chiropractic than ever before and that was just the first few visits. I recommend them to any and everyone I know. Without my care at Judge Family I wouldn't be able to do the things I love (working out and outdoor activities). Thank you Dr's Judge for all your time and effort. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Dr. James has really helped me. I've had problems with my neck and spine since I was 6 years old and was never told that it could be completely fixed. I have gone to chiropractors since that age and felt better on occasion. With this correction my bones are actually moving into proper alignment. I feel better and have hope now to not be living with so much pain and numbness read more

I found this to one of the most unwelcoming places I've ever been in. The staff seemed annoyed that I came in for a visit. They were all sitting on the counters and door was locked while it was supposed to be open. Then Ms. Judge was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It seemed like she didn't like the way I looked and treated me disrespectfully. I then decided to leave the consultation early and take my business elsewhere. I've never experienced anything like this before. read more

While I've had quite a few friends and family members expound on the benefits of chiropractic care I'm new to it. From what I do know it seems like the state of the art at least as practiced by Judge Chiropractic has advanced tremendously. My wife became a patient some time ago and experienced great improvement. My needs were somewhat less serious none the less I have nothing but high praise for the Doctors and staff all of whom are friendly an highly professional. read more

I love this place! Have been going to JFC since November 2018, and it was the best decision for my health that I ever made. went from not sleeping at night because of neck pain, and numbness in my arms and hands to sleeping like a baby. I was also educated on some new eating habits, which helped me to lose 20lbs. I feel better than I have in years. The staff are absolutely wonderful and full of love for everyone. I've recommended JFC to many and will continue to do so. read more

loved this place from the very beginning! Always knew I needed to have some sort of adjustment for my body because it always felt a little off. Theough time and patience and consistency with their incredible team I was able to not only see the progression of my spine to be realigned but also I can experience the feeling of the subtle body aches that were no longer with me. They get you in and out of their office within 15-30 min, its about a 20 min drive from my house in Carol Stream and the affordability makes it that much more worth it. Especially since they are always willing to work around certain finances so that you are able to afford them! They tend to be more than willing to work with you rather than turn you away and the environment that you walk into is a perfect representation of that. You will be welcomed and surrounded by people who uplift you with love and kindness. One of the best decisions I've made for my life! read more
