I highly recommend Nero Heating & Air. They did an amazing job on my home and truly went above and…read morebeyond what I expected. What really impressed me was that they didn't just come in and install a new system. They actually took the time to look at my entire existing HVAC setup and figure out why I wasn't getting the airflow I should have been getting. They found several issues, corrected them, opened up the system, improved the ductwork, made my returns larger, and massively improved the airflow in my home. They also installed a completely separate system for my upstairs, and I can already tell what a difference having the right setup is going to make. A special shoutout has to go to Rusaan. This guy is top tier. He was professional, knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. He didn't rush through the job--he made sure things were done correctly and addressed issues with my existing system that weren't even the main reason they were there. That's what separates Nero from a lot of companies. I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me equipment. They looked at my house as a whole and figured out what needed to be done to make my HVAC system actually work better. The difference in airflow is night and day. If you're looking for an HVAC company that will actually take the time to diagnose the problem, explain what's going on, and do the job right, I absolutely recommend Nero Heating & Air. Five stars from me. And if you get Rusaan as your installer, you're in excellent hands.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Julian at Nero Heating and Air Conditioning gave us one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Before we signed the contract and paid for our new furnace in 2022, he was responsive, attentive, and gave every impression that he cared about earning our business. The moment the payment cleared, it felt like we no longer mattered. Messages went unanswered, conversations became cold and dismissive. 4 years later in 2026, when we called about an issue with blower he had installed, I expected at least a genuine attempt to help. Instead, he arrived with an attitude, spent very little time looking at the system, offered no meaningful diagnosis, fixed nothing, and left. We ended up hiring another HVAC company that quickly found and resolved the problem. Then came the final insult: despite providing no solution and no value, he still wanted to charge us a $75 service fee. We will never use this company again even though they are supposed to provide service under warranty for 10 years, and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor they can rely on after the check has been cashed.

Masha was quick to respond to my inquiry and thoroughly explained the process for dryer vent cleaning along with any scenarios that could possibly add fees. Her husband Denis arrived on time (in bitter cold weather) with a smile on his face, booties to protect the floors and the attitude/equipment to do a stellar job. I love seeing a person who takes pride in his work! He showed us before and after photos as well as suggesting a future time-frame to keep the vent clean and safe. The dryer is noticeably more efficient (and thankfully no longer a fire hazard!). Price was extremely fair and reasonable. I asked Denis to take a look at the house duct work to get an idea about whether it would benefit from being cleaned at some point. He suggested the spring - no urgency, but he recommended it especially with a shedding dog and wanting a clean house for their infant. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

Let me start…read moreby saying that I was so excited when Earl informed me that I could receive same day service. I sent pictures, discussed the process, pricing, and even what to expect and how others prepare once the water was turned off. The men arrived on time, they were greeted and then proceeded to tackle the four hour project. After removing my system, I was presented with price gouging ...$350!! I was informed that the pipes would have to be replaced because my system was corroded! During this conversation, I noticed that the *meter was still in place!! Earl informed me that the *meter would be removed and reinstalled in order to get to the water heater out of the space; I was remembering that it wasn't removed with the prior installation. After sending multiple pictures, giving the year that my home was built, and believing I was dealing with exceptional professionals, I was not expecting any surprises. After being presented with an unexpected fee, I called Earl and he didn't take responsibility for not informing me that there could be a chance that the condition of my pipes could be an issue ... at this point I'm remembering to breath and just asking Jesus to take the wheel!! "Supply and install new manufacture required expansion tank and relief valve vent tube" was included in the initial proposal. Looking at the before and after pics, the condition of my pipes was not an oversight! Please be careful and request an itemized statement with the proposal b/c Earl informed me that b.c the *meter was not removed, I received a credit and only owed an additional $100 ...what a shame. Thank you to the men who did the work and left my home spotless!! Blessings.
