Perfect afternoon. We were staying at a hotel up the street and needed somewhere to watch the Brewers/Braves game. We bellied up to the bar and were well taken care of. We ordered cheeseballs; they come with fries. You actually get more fries than curds, but they were yummy. The ranch dressing is *chefs kiss*. I'm a huge ranch snob and this place might have the best ranch I've ever had. I wanted to drink that shizzle. It's a nice place and was pretty busy, but we enjoyed our couple hours we spent there. Stopped in this establishment on a Sunday evening around 6. The restaurant was fairly busy so our party of seven sat at the bar so as not to wait for an open table. Service was quick and efficient, drink and food orders came quickly. The restaurant itself was large and open but any nautical theme did seem apparent even though it sits next to the river. Everyone seemed satisfied with their food. I had the whiskey bbq burger. Burgers were served well done unless you requested otherwise. I ordered mine medium rare and it was served that way. The burger was good but be advised the bbq sauce is very sweet. It was served with fries or chips with salsa. I chose the chips and salsa which were fine but nothing special. My bill for the meal and soda came to $19.25 without tax or tip. I would recommend this place if you're in Green Bay and looking for a nice place to eat with decent food. read more

Reviewing restaurants in Wisconsin is generally pretty hard for me as a vegetarian who will eat pescatarian when pushed. The challenges is that it is rare to find vegetarian food on most Wisconsin menus, unless it is full of cheese and deep-fried. My review of this place would've been better, if I would've had some more options to eat. Even their tomato soup is made with a chicken stock, which rules it out. You can make a good tasting tomato soup with a vegetable stock. The restaurant itself is very cute. Decent selection of beers. The appetizers we ordered were fine. I ordered the fish tacos and was a bit disappointed. It didn't help that I had eaten fish tacos at a fantastic Mexican restaurant the day before and these were kind of mediocre. They were served in tough flour tortillas and they just didn't have a lot of flavor. Overall, it was an OK experience. The rest of my group really did like their food. I would say that probably a nice bar for most people, but for vegetarians not so much. read more

This is hands down the worst $80 that I've ever spent in my life. The cheese curds taste like they're probably brought in frozen. The fries were decent. Thank god for the side salad to fill me and hubby up because the fish tacos and the barbecue brisket sandwich were both disgusting. The fish tacos were served on a cold flour tortilla with some basic toppings. The sauce on the fish was disgustingly sweet. The fish was quite soggy / mushy. My husband always eats his food, always and he ate less than half of the sandwich. It looked like the barbecue that you buy in a plastic container from the grocery store and microwave. The Irish breakfast shots were good. Our server asked if we'd like something different but we really didn't want to bother with anything else after seeing their quality. We came in on a Friday night. Grabbed a seat at the bar since all tables were full. The bartender was attentive and friendly. Two at our table got the perch fish fry, I got the grilled cheese on sourdough with tomato soup and the fourth got the salmon salad. The perch was very good. The rest of the plate was just ok. The fries weren't super hot and since they were under the fish they didn't have much crisp to them. My grilled cheese was the disappointing one. I don't believe it was actually sourdough - seemed more like white bread, however that could be because it wasn't crispy at all. It seemed as if it maybe hit the grill for 10 seconds. The soup was hot and was ok. The salmon salad was good. I think we all agreed that we would give it another chance because everything was ok and the people were so friendly. read more

My son and I were passing through town and looking for a lunch spot after visiting Bay Beach. This was only a few miles away, had outdoor seating, and a diverse menu. The place was pretty busy but we got a table outside, as it was seat yourself. My son wanted a bacon cheeseburger (add $2 the bacon) and it was pretty big for a kids burger. I got the ahi tuna salad. Love, love, love. Their side salads are the best in town. I always get the cran chicken wrap with side salad and Diet Coke. It's the type of place I don't mind going alone and eating dinner at the bar. Quick, friendly service. Didn't doc a star, but it's note worthy that the size of the wrap is never consistent. Sometimes it's packed with greens and very little cran/chicken mixture. We've noticed it with other wraps as well. Regardless, great service and always tasty! read more

The first thing that stood out to me here was the speed, I feel like they knew what I wanted to order and had it waiting it was so quick! My wife and I had the ahi tuna APP and the southwest rolls APP I had the chili lime tacos and wife had the brisket cheese steak. All of the food was top notch, southwest rolls were fried to a perfect light crispy crust, the tuna was perfect warm center, tacos had great flavor and brisket was also very good, the only thing that fell short was the Bloody Mary, for me it's a personal preference that there is more flavor, it looks great but just to me tastes like tomato juice and vodka, needs a little love! Now my favorite part of this place... the service we were here for over 1.5 hours and not once did I see the bartender or servers look at their phones, "which you see all to much now days" they were always cleaning, helping guests, helping make drinks and were on their toes and hustling the whole time so if I could give more than 5 stars I would just because of the service. Our server was quick and nice. However, my food did not sit well. I got the smoked brisket wrap. Both my sister and I got the same meal and we both felt off later that night.
