We found this place on a whim Summer 2022 while in GB on a trip. Then when we needed a place to eat on our way home from Door County, we sought this place out again. Amazing food, great service, gorgeous patio. My only complaint is that if you have to sit inside, there's only bar height stools. Not the most child friendly. There are regular chairs on the patio. This is one of our favorite lunch spots in GB. We almost always get the same order - chicken bacon ranch wrap and the chicken sandwich with honey mustard dressing (can't remember the exact name!) both are always delicious and come out quick! Don't skip the fries they are chefs kiss good! Crispy and hot and so tasty with yummy seasoning. Staff is nice and service is pretty quick! Be prepared to seat yourself, enjoy some predictable eats and encounter lots of staff/patrons not wearing masks. The service was great. Our waitress was on top of things even with a fully packed restaurant and patio. Told us up front the wait time for food was about 45 mins. We appreciated the advanced notice and we had no problem waiting and enjoying a drink in the meantime. The tables are barstool style so if you need more back support or a booth then the options will be limited for you here at least in the inside of the restaurant. Out back by the river you might find something more accommodating. Food was not out of this world, but you get a solid meal that will meet your expectations. We had wraps with fries. Both dishes came out exactly as ordered. The spinach and artichoke dip was great. Would suggest ordering that if you are looking for an app to start off with. The only downsides were 1) masks not required and 2.) a rowdy party - of course the rowdy party was not the establishment's fault but, it seemed like this was a popular spot so you may run into this type of crowd if you stop by on a Saturday evening. Located in a historic area of downtown Green Bay Fox Harbor is an easy location to spend time with your friends. Great outdoor patio located on the Fox River that makes summer extra fun. Service is good, prices aren't bad, but the food is where things derailed. I love fresh perch dinner, but they make theirs with tons of batter and they come out crunchy style. Not the "fresh perch" experience I look for. Cheese curds on the other hand were severely undercooked / raw. I'll give them another chance, the location and service earned it, but my visit was definitely forgettable. read more

My wife recommended we check out Fox Harbor and I'm surprised we didn't discover this place before! Here's the pros, the cons and a recommendation. Pros: HUGE glass of water (seriously so large never needed to be filled!) My wife ordered the gluten-free pizza with chicken, mushrooms and olives. Arrived on raised pizza platter. I ordered the large perch dinner. Great portions for the money, very good. Great service even though it was very busy on this Friday night. Food arrived in a timely fashion. Cons: I ordered a cup of New England chowder and it was average. Too watery, needs more clams and potatoes and a little salt. Very noisy, difficult to hear people at our table in a conversation. Recommendation: Eat and drink on the back patio with a beautiful view of the river! read more

Stopped by for dinner and drinks at the end of my vacation heading back to Chicago. Found it to be a great place for pub/bar food. Wanted to try a few things so grabbed the Combo basket. Loved the Mac & Cheese bites! Also had the BBQ Bourbon wings and the Fish Taco's. Everything was delicious. The ambiance is relaxing and laid back. Good for all kinds of ages. There are definitely some things I like about this place. It's a clean place with outdoor seating along the river. The bar/restaurant is well lit with lots of sunshine coming in though the windows on a sunny day. Food however is pretty so-so. I love the Clam Chowder and would recommend to everybody. I have had a number on sandwiches and found them to be okay. Today I had the special which was Fish Tacos. I will definitely not be having these again! Hopefully this was an experiment the kitchen tried and will move on! Stick with what you do pretty well.. Wraps and sandwiches. Also! Iced Tea drinkers do not want bottled tea! Love this place but... today we ordered a pizza for takeout which i never looked at before i got it home. We ordered sausage/mushrooms/tomatoes. So it said on my receipt when i picked up n paid. Surprise-on the way home the tomatoes changed into pepperoni...which i cannot eat! Oh well spouse loves pepperoni so i picked it off n hoped for the best. My second visit to the Fox Harbor and the meal tonight was really good. I had a side salad($4) and boneless buffalo wings ($7 Mon/Tues), and a Moscow Mule ($5 special). Salad was excellent, boneless wings and drink were great too. The boneless wings came with a larger serving than I might have expected. Overall, good value for a good meal. I have never written a negative review until today. Four of us went in for lunch today. Two of us ordered the baked Haddock. When the lunches were served, I immediately knew something was very wrong. My fish was a gelatinous mess of "Goo". The waitress was kind and offered me a new lunch. The young man who served my new lunch set it on the table and walked away without saying a word to us. A tad rude but I chose to ignore it however it was blatant to the rest of the table. We then went inside to have a drink after our lunches. A waitress did approach us and we explained we were waiting on two people in our group to finish paying the bill for lunches outside. That was the last time we saw a waitress. We got our own drinks from the bar and would have had another if we would have had a waitress. Each of these three issues would not have been a big deal if only one of them happened during our visit. It was the combination of all three that led to a negative review. The two waitresses we encountered were friendly and kind. One of them was Kara and I didn't get the others name. I am unsure if we will go back. read more

This place was amazing. I love the ambiance and the people of a nice pub. Met some friends at the bar which we ended up eating at the bar too. The drinks were amazing. I had tangeray and tonic doubles which were about $7 each. Also had the Cajun baked haddock. I wish I would have got the smelt it looked amazing. Mine didn't have a lot of flavor on the Cajun but it was good. The French fries were crinkle cut and came out as a huge portion which were super hot!!!! I couldn't even eat about half of them and shared them. Came with coleslaw and thick slice of rye bread. This would be medium range dining fairs but all of the food looked amazing. read more

I really enjoy Fox Harbor for drinks. Although anyone who has been here can probably agree, it's hard to get continual service, it's in a great location. The outside patio in the summer is a great spot to be. This review is based on the food and service. We came in on a Friday night for a burger, found a table with the help of a waitress, and ordered right away. It literally took 55 minutes for us to get our burgers (ordered medium). FIFTY-FIVE minutes! That is insane. That is some of the worst service I've ever even heard of. By the time our food came, we were ready to give up and just walk home to eat. I could have given them some respect, had a manager come up and apologized, but no such event happened. They charged us for a full order and went on their way. Poor customer service. read more

Visited twice for lunch with my family during our week long stay in Green Bay. Food was tasty and reasonably priced pub fare delivered quickly to our table. Both our waitresses were great, making sure our highly modified orders were prepared correctly.
