Good service, and dimly lit, the way a bar should be. I'm not sure why the name of the neighboring Thai restaurant is also on its door.

I visited The Heights Pub & Parlor in downtown Green Bay and had a mixed experience…read more The space itself is beautiful with exposed brick walls, wooden panels, wooden staircase, and accents give it warm atmosphere. That said, there were a few things that made the visit less enjoyable. The hightop chairs had no backs and there wasn't enough coat hooks to put my winter coat on. My coat ended up sitting and sliding in my lap. The wait for food was longer than expected. All this to say, after sitting for a while waiting on our meal, it became pretty uncomfortable. I ordered a Turkey Avocado Bacon Panini which was delicious! It came with the option of homemade garlic fries or sweet potato fries. I choose the sweet potatoes fries. They came with a sugar coating which brought a sweet and savoryness to the meal! Overall, the food was good, but not enough to outweigh the inconvenience. I probably wouldn't return for dinner, but I'd consider stopping in for a quick drink to enjoy the atmosphere.

Definitely enjoyed the pretzel bites the most! Def recommend trying an order! Fried pickles (not pictured) tasted great as well. Overall, would come back again and worth the price. Bathrooms were nice and clean too!

We ate here a couple times for snacks and dinner since we were staying in the hotel on business…read more We took our food to go every time. If we had to break it down, the food would be 2 stars, service 4. Eggs Benedict was a fried egg with a hollandaise that was lumpy and most likely made from a powder. No Canadian bacon so I ordered a side of sausage - which was dry. 1 Star. Gave it another shot. Asian crunch salad - not bad could have had more dressing. 2 very small slivers of chicken in it which were dry as well. 3 stars. My husband got Asian wings, potstickers and ordered an artichoke dip as well for the kids to share. Wings - 2 were raw. Seasoning was lacking. 1 Star. Potstickers were super greasy - we blotted them dry and liked the dipping sauce. 2 stars Artichoke dip - was really good! 4 stars. Service was great - food side of things could be better but if you stick to salads, soups (looked good) and the dip it's good. Their Bloody Mary's looked epic - so we may try that before heading out of town.

The Pub is inside the Hyatt Regency, so it was super convenient to grab a late dinner and drink…read more Prices are on the higher side, but you are paying for convenience. The meat lovers pizza I purchased for three of my children fed all of their bellies and was about $22, not too extravagant. The Beyond Burger was over $12 and was cooked badly. It was burnt on the outside and tasted weird on the inside. I was drinking, though, so I ate it without complaint. The fries were fresh and tasty. My husband's fish tacos were just "okay" and we didn't understand why only two were provided. The staff were nice enough, but very slow with our drink orders. $85 for five beers, a pizza, and two entrees seemed a little excessive to me, but so be it. It fed my family so that's what was most important.

Now i know why it was cold. Apparently it was never hot enough to melt the cheese. Bummer.
