I went in thinking I only had one problem area bothering me, but when I left, everywhere felt so much better! I literally sat in the parking lot for a few minutes when I went outside, just amazed at how much better my back and neck felt, and they are not even why I went! I think Tabitha has to be the most knowledgeable LMBT I've ever encountered - and she is able to translate that knowledge and skill into a massage experience that will both relax you and rejuvenate any hurting areas. If you are one of her customers, you know this already. If you are not one of her customers, YOU SHOULD BE! Her new space is super relaxing and comfortable - and OMG, wait until you lay on the massage table.....it's more comfortable than my bed!

My husband and I call him the amazing healer, because he always knows how to find the root cause of any aches and pains. He then uses various neuromuscular approaches to resolving them. I always walk out feeling like my issues are resolved. We honestly think his approach is a critical part of aging well and avoiding unnecessary surgery for issues that are really just muscle imbalances. Nobody that I've tried even comes close to David.

I received the approval to have a neuromuscular massage done. I looked into Element of Bodyworks and found out that they also cover FSA benefits. David really helped me a lot in November 2015 during my first appointment. This is the first that I've constantly booked and recommended a massage therapist, but he's that good! Highly highly highly recommend him to injured, stressed, relaxed, couple clients that wishes to also receive knowledge and great service!

IVY Integrative is a top notch facility! It's the only place I go to for all my medical needs. Dr…read more Leander is AMAZING! She is warm, kind, and brilliant. I consulted a handful of naturopathic doctors before I chose one, but nobody compared to Dr. Leander. She has literally saved my life! At least, it sure feels that way! When I came to Dr. Leander, I was having terrible pain in my gut. I became bloated, lost all my energy, and was so weak I could barley move. I went to a gut specialist medical doctor, before I found Dr. Leander. This "gut specialist" gave me 20 seconds of his time, cut me off, and then prescribed me a pill to take. When I asked why I was taking this medication, his exact words were, "This pill is $1200, a pill that expensive is bound to work." I went home and did some research, discovering that this pill was known to cause immobility, cancer, and could destroy the lining in your stomach permanently. I called him 4 times to address this. When he finally got back to me, I asked him why he didn't tell me how bad this pill was for my body long term. His words were..."You didn't ask what bad stuff it would do." WHAT? So it's the patient's job now to stay on top of doctor's about being ethical? Needless to say, I knew it was time to consult a Naturopathic Doctor, somebody that takes preventive measures to cure people, instead of prescribing damaging medicine. This is when I found Dr. Leander!! She gave me her undivided attention, listened, and got me on a plan that cured my gut pain and symptoms in 2 weeks without any long-term damaging side effects! How do she do it? With oregano oil and a diet of no gluten. Dr. Leander found the root cause of my pain (stress, exhaustion, and a diet that needed to be changed because certain foods were causing my gut to be inflamed), and I have not had gut pain since! I have since consulted Dr. Leander about a handful of things. She has helped cure my crippling period cramps and taught me how to find more energy throughout the day. In addition, I LOVE her office! She has created a beautiful space that is inviting and peaceful. The team at IVY Integrative is top notch too. They are full of passion and truly love what they do! Since I have been a patient of Dr. Leander, I haven't felt so good in years! I have already referred 3 of my friends to her because Dr. Leander truly cares about people's health and seeing them feel better!
