Southland Well Drilling LLC did an absolutely outstanding job for us. The company owner, Lawrence…read moreCuccurullo, and his team were professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They drilled an 85-foot well for our irrigation system, and the quality of their work is truly top-tier. Before choosing a company, I got five different quotes from other well drillers in the Palm Coast/St. Augustine area. Southland Well Drilling not only gave us the best price -- they beat every single competitor -- but they also delivered the highest level of professionalism and trustworthiness. Lawrence keeps his word, and that alone sets them apart in this industry. One of our biggest concerns was avoiding the brown, rusty water that stains driveways and sidewalks. We specifically asked for clear water, and they delivered exactly that. The water is crystal clear, and we couldn't be happier. They even provided an artificial rock cover to neatly hide the well pipes, which was a great added touch. If you're looking for a trustworthy, honest, and high-quality well drilling company, Southland Well Drilling LLC is the one. Excellent work, fair pricing, and true professionals. Highly recommended.

We had Donovan come out at least 10x, then David Gray multiple times, Snyders, Fenwick, Betros, Mr. Rooters and several others. No one could figure out what the issue was. We finally were referred to Clay County Master Plumbers. This group is unmatched. From the moment they arrived, it was evident that this team knew what they were doing and took their job seriously. Their professionalism was impressive, putting our anxieties at ease from the get-go. They took the time to listen to our concerns, asking detailed questions to understand the full scope of the issue. What stood out the most was their diagnostic prowess. While other plumbers had scratched their heads at the complexity of the problem, these experts dove right in. Armed with an arsenal of knowledge, they methodically identified and explained the root causes of the issues that had been plaguing my home. Not only did they possess the technical know-how, but their problem-solving skills were exceptional. It was clear that this wasn't just a job for them - it was a mission to restore peace and functionality to our home. They tackled each issue with a determination that spoke volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. At one point earlier in the process, the owner of the company called us while he was on vacation, just to assure us this problem would be solved by his team - no matter what. He also came to our home and worked with his team for hours to ensure the problem was solved. When you're dealing with an issue like this, for as long as we had been, this sort of gesture changes everything and alleviates so much anxiety. Throughout the process, the team maintained open communication, updating me on their progress and explaining each step of the repair process. Their transparency and willingness to educate me on the intricacies of the plumbing system instilled confidence and trust in their expertise. Our plumbing issues were resolved efficiently, effectively, and with a level of finesse that exceeded my expectations. They even rearranged their schedule to make sure it was fixed before our son's first birthday party at our house (which would have absolutely been ruined, if the issue had not been resolved). The team left my home in pristine condition, and I couldn't be more grateful for their dedication to their craft. If you find yourself in the midst of a plumbing crisis and need a team that can turn chaos into calm, look no further than CCMP. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and am incredibly thankful for the peace of mind they've restored to my home.

I had a great experience with Moore's on their first visit. That has changed after their second…read morevisit. On the second service call, after they fixed the issue, I firmly believed the issue had been caused by their error in relation to the first call. They charged me over $200, so I questioned the reason in that I felt their original installation caused the issue; it had been less than a year, and the piece that fell off wasn't secured properly. BJ refused to accommodate, stating it wasn't his fault although he had placed the pump in the tank. I disagreed and stated that if the part had been secured correctly, it would not have fallen off. I yielded and paid Moore's. Now, today....11/20/2025 I have an issue with the tank once again. It's been a while, but I call Moore's Sand and Septic because I like them. BJ called me back shortly after I made the new appointment to tell me he refuses to come to my house because I upset his driver when I questioned the past service and why it cost me over $200 for them to screw a bolt on that they didn't tighten. It seems I hurt his feelings because, as a consumer and a customer, I questioned why I was being charged. He said, "Your wife was rude to my driver." She was not rude. One would think that, being in a public business, you could respond as an adult. Apparently not. You can use them, but I'd think twice about ever calling them for anything.
