Limewash for a bedroom is a bold choice with a very specific technique and they knocked it out of the park. They were very patient with my wife and I as we took our time to choose the right colors and schedule the job around our unpredictable schedules. The first time we saw the room finished we were awe struck. It turned out 100 times better than we ever thought it could have. On top of that the team was very receptive to doing any and all small, detailed touchups that we requested. George even let us live with the room for a few days to make sure we were totally satisfied, and in that time, we realized that we wanted to redo the ceiling. He and his team came back the next week and re-did the ceiling in half a day and made sure we were happy with it. (Every other person we emailed for a quote did the same. None came to visit, and with COVID I was cool with that.) His quote was consistent with most of the other highly rated folk we reached out to for quotes. What set him apart was his clear emails with detailed pricing. It was clear that he knew painting was expensive, and people imagine doing everything at once and think of it as all-or-nothing. His pricing model showed it was some-at-a-time. (We did go all in though :) ) He was very responsive on email and answered questions from the mundane to the esoteric with patience and clarity. He came the day before the job was supposed to start to drop off supplies and map out everything that was should happen with me and his team. His team was great, polite, and professional. The speed and quality of the work was amazing. Everyone was happy to answer questions and explain what was happening. For me, the true test was with an accident that happened. Relatively minor, but Damian took full ownership and made it right without any discussion. That is how you do it. He gave great advice throughout the process, and respected what I needed. Since I manage my rental property remotely, this level of reliability made a huge difference. Badma coordinated directly with my tenants, helping them select the right paint to match existing colors and also repainting the bathroom and kitchen (including ceilings) in new shades. His ability to both match existing paint and execute new colors was impressive. He was also very professional in handling all building requirements, promptly providing insurance paperwork and complying with regulations without any issues. According to my tenant, his work was outstanding--thorough, precise, and detail-oriented. He and his team carefully protected all furniture and belongings, and they even completed the job ahead of schedule.
