I have had alot of pain in my neck and arms lately so I wanted to get a massage to help my pain. I just had a 90 min. massage with Joy Yu. It was absolutely amazing and therapeutic. I could barely move when I walked in and still cant believe how much better I feel in just one session. i will definitely be going back regularly. I am a member there. I received a special birthday discount as well as a birthday gift. Joy is wonderful and Ruth who I have seen before! the whole staff is friendly and I have always had 5 Star service. I highly recommend Four Seasons Massage if your looking for a great massage in CV. A membership there is definitely worth it with alot of bonus perks! :) read more

I booked a 90-minute massage with Joy because she had many positive reviews, but the experience was disappointing. I later learned that she is also the owner. The main issues: -- The massage felt random and unstructured, with no clear sequence or therapeutic approach. -- The two sides of my body were treated very differently. Whenever she worked on my left side, the pressure was noticeably weaker and she spent significantly less time there. -- Techniques used on the right side were often not repeated on the left, leaving the massage feeling incomplete and unbalanced. -- I asked for more pressure several times but eventually stopped because the pressure and technique remained inconsistent. -- I was required to pay before the massage. While businesses can set their own policies, it felt unusual, particularly since Joy appears to be the owner and was the person requiring advance payment. -- The location looked dated and poorly maintained. I could not tell whether it was actually unclean or simply old, but it did not feel especially comfortable or relaxing. I also posted about my experience on Google. The business responded with what appeared to be a generic or AI-generated template and even left "[Your Name]" in the signature. The response said the payment process and massage technique would be "reviewed," but since Joy was both the therapist and apparently the owner, that did not provide much reassurance. It also did not address the uneven pressure, inconsistent timing, or lack of a coherent technique. The price was reasonable at $99 for 90 minutes, and I still tipped $20. However, the core service was poor enough that I would not return or recommend Four Seasons Massage. read more

Went today evening for a 60 min couple massage And they didn't disappoint me. Every single time i visit this little gem is a good time , they offer memberships for only 20$ with great deals ! If you are looking for a good massage or a great foot massage this is the place for you ! read more

Group of us four ladies went together and we all left so happy and content! I love Joy! She gave me a really nice massage and knew I wanted to try the body sculpting so she added it my package. Definitely coming back! I don't live in Palm Springs or I would become a member! But I visit at least once a year so I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town! read more

Booked and surprised my wife with a 60 minute massage today. When she got out I asked how it was. Her response was "UNCOMFORTABLE AND WEIRD". I delved further into her answer and she replied "when you get a Swedish massage is it normal for them to straddle you and spend over 20 minutes rubbing your butt cheeks?" They don't massage they just lightly push. The place was filled with older men also SO THAT BEING SAID anyone looking to have their "boy" played with this is your spot. Such a disappointment! Not to mention I booked online through their website for a 1230. I received a text asking if I could switch it to 12. I told them that's less in than 45 minutes..... could they do 1pm instead. They replied we will just keep the 1230. Then they asked are you ok with a man massaging you........ see pics attached. This place is not legit. Don't waste time or money here. read more

Four Seasons Massage - Umm I booked through your site. Why are you changing it now and why are you trying to give me a guy when we requested a female? - Beauty & Spas Near Me - Palm Desert, California

I came here on a whim after scheduling an appointment an hour ahead. I was hesitant after reading the mixed reviews, but this massage place was closest to my hotel and I wanted to treat myself after working. I got a 90 min full body massage for $89, it also included a hot stone massage. I never experienced it before but it was very nice! The lady who did my massage used firm and strong strokes and made sure that the pressure was fine. My gripe with this place is that each massage room is not enclosed completely and is open- you can hear everything around you from to the person next to you, to people coming in and talking to the staff. It was hard to relax especially hearing the one of the staff constantly asking the client next to me if they were ready. read more

I tried a Groupon here because I love trying new places and seeing if they might become my regular places. That's why I love Yelp! I got the couples massage and the deal was very good. I'm sure they're lovely people and I never leave reviews like this. But I would not come back. The environment has essential oils diffusing, but I did not like the smell of it. It made me feel like maybe it wasn't very clean there. The walls to the rooms don't go all the way up to the ceiling, so you can hear everyone and everything. The massage felt like something anyone could do and I don't feel any more relaxed afterwards. Very little time was spent on my shoulders and neck, which is usually where a masseuse might focus their attention. Also, I got a male masseuse and that just wasn't comfortable for me. As we went to leave, the front desk person was really trying hard to get us to do the year membership. A bit pushy. The deal was good, but it just wasn't my place. I think the signs at the front that boldly tell customers not to ask for sexual favors really speaks volumes. I did hear a few people as they were leaving speak like regulars who would be back the next week, so I guess some folks dig this place. Sorry. I wanted to like it. read more

My granddaughter and me had the therapeutic 90 min massage and the mini facial. They had use in the couples room which was nice. Everything was clean and therapists were very professional and caring. I have been coming to the Four Season's Massage for over four years and have never been disappointed. I was just there Saturday and had a 90 minute massage with Joy. She is fabulous. The rooms are very clean and I would highly recommend this establishment. I always bring my sister and gal friends in when they visit. read more

A weekend trip and couples massage. Great value and awesome service. So relaxing and peaceful. The wife and I are feeling amazing.

My husband & I had the therapeutic 90 minute massage. They used the couples room which played soft (massage type) music which provided good ambiance. Joy worked on my husband & Ruth worked on me. The facility is clean & welcoming. The massage therapists know what they're doing. Very professional & experienced. We have been going there for 3 years and highly recommend their services. read more

Walked in on Sat June 1st. Requested an hour long foot massage aka reflexology. Sonia (hopefully I spelled that right), took really good care of me. She really took care of my feet. My feet feel refreshed, and I am really relaxed. Business was clean, peaceful and serene. Everyone was really nice and happy :). Thank you again! read more

I've been here twice in the last couple of months. The massages were left lacking, as there is hardly any pressure (I bought a membership for $20 a year which includes free monthly "add on's" thinking I'd come at least monthly). I asked for a facial add on, which took time away from my massage rather than adding a facial to my hour massage, and the massage was supposed to include a combo with foot time as part of my hour. My foot time was about 7 minutes total. I asked the therapist in advance if she could change my $20, as I wanted to tip her $10 for the $55 session, which was just okay. She pouted about giving me change, and then said "okay" as she was walking away from me after I thanked her for the change and the massage. Really? I'm supposed to give you a $20 for a barely mediocre session that was $55? It was manipulation, so I'm gone. read more

Booked a 60-minute couples massage and left feeling blissed OUT! It was phenomenal and left me relaxed beyond belief for hours. The massage therapists were all professional, friendly and checked in to make sure we were feeling great. I enjoyed the ambiance in the room we were in, and how comfortable they made us feel. I would definitely recommend and will be back again SOON! read more

Fantastic, sweet and fast customer service by Brianna at the front desk. I was able to book a same day couples massage which was great. And the massages were great too. Definitely will return next time I'm visiting and I also highly recommend. read more

Four Seasons Massage - Rules of the house - Beauty & Spas Near Me - Palm Desert, California

They charged me for an appointment that they could not accommodate and did not refund me even though they said they would. I booked and paid for a couples massage on their website. They told me they could not accommodate the time i chose but still allowed me to book and pay for it on their website, I could not go at the time they had available because I was only in Palm Springs for one day so I asked to cancel the appointment and get a refund and they said yes. I even asked if I would get an email confirmation for the refund and they said yes. After not receiving any updates I reached out and they said they can not issue the refund and to reach out to their owner, I tried to be patient and kind through it all even though the situation was so frustrating. The owner seemed nice and said he would be working on the refund it's been 2 weeks and he stopped responding to me and picking up my calls, They should not have available appointments on their website that don't reflect what they actually can accommodate especially if they are taking payment for these appointments. I never received any service at all and they still have not refunded me. I am very disappointed and annoyed. Please refund me! read more

My husband and I had been here once before, and our experience was awesome. This time, the massage was okay . We had an appointment set . Got there, was as asked to wait . Waited a half hour . Massage felt nice but did feel a little rushed . I did find it very inappropriate that right after we said thank you and walked out the front door . One of the massage ladies ran out asking for a tip . My response was that it was on the table in the room. Very tacky . read more

This is our second couples massage we've had here and I can't express enough how much how amazing they are.

The BEST massage I've had in at least 6 years!!! Charlie was OUTSTANDING! Booked this place via a Groupon (and the Yelp reviews were 5 star!) I asked him to work on my low back and he got it loose! read more

Great one-hour couples massage! Nice use of the hot stones and oils! Great foot massage too. Ask for hard pressure.

It was one of the best massages I have ever had! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute! I will return next time I'm in Palm Springs!

Very sweet women! Massage was great and quiet. Older looking place but that doesn't matter as long as the quality is there. Cheapest couples massage I could find in the city too! read more

My wife and I booked a 75 minute Massage with Charlie from 3:30 - 4:45pm and he was wonderful with my deep tissue massage. The location is professional, clean and very friendly from the time you walk in for your reservation. During the massage, I fell a sleep and when Charlie was finished he said good morning that's how good he was with my deep tissue massage. I love this place and will be coming back again soon for another great massage at the Four Seasons location as it is convenient to Palm Desert. read more

They promised a refund after booking an appointment and paying in full because they were unable to serve us and yet still have not refunded us. My wife booked an appointment for a couples massage through their website. It allowed her to book for a specific time and pay in full. They reached out to her to tell her they couldn't do that time so my wife asked to cancel and get a refund which they said yes too. It's been over 2 weeks and they have been giving her the run around and still no refund. Four seasons please be honest, do better and refund the money. We work hard and don't have money to be donating to your business for free. Please also take down your website if the times you have available are actually not available and you don't know how to refund guests when you are unable to serve them. We are still waiting for our refund of $109 that you promised. You can Zelle or Venmo us since ur having such a hard time with refunding it through your website and keeping in communication with us. This situation has been unbelievable. Never have we dealt with a business like this. Seems so dishonest. read more

Very clean and thorough...I went with 4 of my girlfriends who all equally say that this place was very good ...we've experienced from very high end massages/ spas to mediocre and this was right up there in being exceptional service and at a very good price. The Gentleman that did my massage was very professional and attentive to the kinks on my very tense and strained back and shoulders... I unfortunately did not remember his name to refer but tipped him well Thank you I highly recommend read more

Four Seasons Massage - Beauty & Spas Near Me - Palm Desert, California

My husband & I booked a 75 minute Couples Massage today at Four Seasons Massage. It was our first time there & we are used to getting great massages at home, so we thought that we would try them. Sonia gave me a fantastic hot stone/deep tissue massage. It was firm enough to get the kinks out of my neck & shoulders and the 15 minute foot massage was heaven! I actually fell asleep during my massage, which I never do. Will definitely book them again! read more

I've been a customer of Four Seasons for the last 3.5yrs, I've always left feeling so much better, their masseuses are great! Thank you Joy for making me feel 10 years younger today! Your massage today really helped release much tension and discomfort!

Initial upsell attempt for foot add on. And if you don't buy it, they don't touch your feet. Massage was 48 minutes not 60. At the end they point to a sign that tells you to tip them. Tacky. My husband said his massage was like someone trying to put a baby to sleep. Mine was the opposite and was excruciating, all elbows and knuckles. read more

I just had the most wonderful massage at Four Seasons. Professional, great price, and relaxing atmosphere - what more could you ask for? Joy was highly skilled and I most certainly recommend coming here. I will be back! Tip: if no one is at the front desk, there is a bell you may ring Additionally, my massage started about 10 minutes late (but went the full 60 minutes) so just be cautious if you have plans afterward. Otherwise, an absolutely wonderful experience! Can't wait for my next massage. read more

Customer service was good. The first time we tried going in there was a problem with Groupon being down so they weren't able to take us since they couldn't redeem our Groupon which was a bummer. So we ended up coming the next morning and thankfully the website was working and they were able to take us. Luckily we were only 15 minutes away so it wasn't a huge deal, but we had rushed to make our appointment and were looking forward to getting a massage that day but it's okay. The message was alright, I've had a handful before and it wasn't anything special that made me feel like I HAD to come back. They had us remove all clothing (including all underwear as well) which was my first time hearing such a thing, but they were respectful and just didn't want to get them dirty from the oil and lotion. You could hear other massages going on so I couldn't fully relax. Everytime someone came in or if someone talked you could hear it. read more

Won't be returning. Paid upfront and they already wanted me to tip. Was not asked if I prefer a female or male therapist. Lady walks me in the room and then a guy walks in to do my massage. We LOVE this place! My husband and I just left and I had to log on and leave a review. We are return customers and have always had such a great experience here. This time was no different; in fact, this been the best massage yet !!! We always go with the 60min couples massage. Brianna and Charlie were excellent. We both enjoy heavier pressure when it comes to massages, so if you're into that, either one of them would work well with you. The place is clean, atmosphere is relaxing, and it's in a great central location in the Coachella valley. We live in Indio and it only took us about 15 mins to get there. We will definitely be back! read more
