The young man from "Home Comfort" that came out to give me a quote was very pleasant, but most important, was well informed and knowledgeable of his business explaining the various types, qualities, functions of the products they carried/installed. The price was well below the others which honestly, somewhat concerned me. They say you get what you pay for. After all has been said and done, I ended up with a superior product, excellent job, and saved a fair amount of money. Quite a fair amount. One thing that impressed me, Especially in a booming housing market, was the fact that they were extremely accommodating on the scheduling. It seems everybody is so busy and chasing the dollar that unless your schedule accommodates them they're almost impossible to get to do the work. With all the subcontractors that have been working on my home, scheduling it's rather difficult in trying to coordinate the various people. I had to change The installation appointment several times, which I believe most people would've just dropped me after the second time. Jacob, the person from home comfort, was very accommodating very understanding and had no problem with it. That was extremely important to me because my crystal ball is broken and I wasn't able to tell what was going to happen in the future. I initially called for a repair as my AC motor died. They diagnosed it promptly and offered the fix. Trane repairs are not cheap and my refrigerant was retired by the industry. So, we replaced our AC and Heater at the same time. Their initial offering was at the budget model from Goodman but I didn't want a system that would only last 10 years. I wanted something that woud pair with my replaced Trane system and last over 25+ years. They recommended Amana as their high end and it has a lifetime warranty. However, I was not told I needed to register these units within 60 days to keep that extended warranty. So luckily, I read the fine print and completed that. Its almost been two months and the systems are working well! I highly recommend this team for any installations and repairs.

When I came home after being a kids sports all day Saturday I realized my AC was not working. When I called Ultimate, they have only AI agents, no real person. And although they say they provide 24/7 service. They do not. No live person, despite several attempts and the soonest they could come back was Monday. I found a local company to come out. The service technician discovered Ultimate had left wires unplugged in AC unit ... AND they didn't replace the filter in my heating unit despite my explicit conversation with the Ultimate technician about getting that done. Furthermore, the $6k quote of "must do" fixes from Ultimate were not needed. I am so disheartened companies like this exist. Do not use Ultimate Heating & Air unless you want shoddy work and a major upsell.
