Thank you for putting in this pop up Christmas event tonight! Having it at the hotel provided a giant parking lot, and elevators that brought us to floor 8 and we found our way to the top golf swing suite. We were greeted kindly and sat prompted at a long table with another couple. The atmosphere was decorated and calm. Christmas music and videos for entertainment with the motion Christmas scenes playing made the space comfortable to enjoy cocktails with the girls. We each has a drink and I chose the vodka Tipsy Reindeer. Not disappointed at ALL and a beautiful display of an ornament for the rain deer nose. A $22.00 drink but completely worth it. Nils was a great waiter who was prompt and kind. Knew the menu of drinks and food. Was very helpful for recommendations.

I booked a bachelorette experience all day at the Four Seasons and it was everything we hoped it would be and more! We started with massage packages at the spa - all the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We really felt like royalty in and out of our services. Clean towels and robes everywhere - we saw the staff working hard to keep the hampers empty (there was a lot of guests!) and it was perfectly kept all day. I've never had a pedicure experience like theirs before - from the zero gravity to the spa music headphones, it was the most relaxing and enjoyable pedicure I've ever had. I highly recommend! Massages were great. Amenities were never too busy. Steam room was very nice. The locker rooms had a nice area with 4 mirrored (3 sinks) vanities that allowed our group to get ready without feeling cramped. After the spa, we did an hour of top golf upstairs and then dinner at the chef's table at Ramsay's Kitchen. Everything was phenomenal. Staff was 100% the best people they could've hired- everyone was so kind and happy to help. We will definitely come back again for future events!

Have stayed here many times before and never had a problem. I forgot name Brand personal items and I got a response back from security of lost and found that they were going to check with housekeeping/maid and that they would reach out. That did not happen and then when I called again after not getting a response, I was finally told that the maid claims there was nothing in the room left at all. Sad to say we will not be staying here anymore. Also this city has not changed much and I do not feel safe walking around outside or inside of the hotel. I ran into a few shady people and I was not happy with the overall experience.

Hello luxury! This is probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at in the US. The last hotel I stayed in only offered housekeeping every other night and here, they offered it twice daily housekeeping. Every member of the staff was incredible and super nice. Bath lovers can take a lovely soak in the massive and deep tub with the complementary effervescent cube made by L'Occitane. All their bathroom products are L'Occitane which felt really fancy. Gym goers are in for a treat. So many machines for both cardio and strength. There's even a full squat rack, apples, and refreshingly chilled minty towels. Don't even get me started on the bed, it was very comfortable and I didn't want to leave for my 8am meetings. It's helpful that there's a restaurant on the 8th floor with a gorgeous view. Robes, slippers, coffee, and water are all included. There is a minibar for payment and room service with offerings from Ramsay's Kitchen just downstairs.

This is an elegant and upscale hotel. They have events and a restaurant. I was the for 2025 Triumph Gala. The place was immaculate. Service was exceptional. They were well organized. The food presentation was excellent. However, the food wasn't great. Projector and large screens.

Holiday lodge at four seasons pop up cocktails bar! Next to Ramsey Kitchen. You check in at the restaurant and staff walk you over to the pop up bar . Same floor but located in the top golf suite. Beautifully decorated, Xmas music , sultry in a small area. Comfortable and cozy. Holiday cocktails and small shareable plates to nibble on. Pretty pricey! We ordered merry cocktails and chocolate martini. You have the option of reserving a table at the Ramsey Kitchen . Great views and fireplace!

This was my first visit to this Four Seasons. It was a short stay, but relaxing nonetheless. Thoughts: Service deserves 5 stars. Very attentive. Excellent views of the Gateway Arch (whether room or outdoor bar), but a 15 minute walk to the Arch Great restaurant on site (Cinder House) Casino next door (not my thing) Rooms are comfortable The immediate area around the hotel is not a great spot for strolling. Rooftop pool near highway overpass. Did not try spa or fitness center. Very close to The Dome. Overall, a great place to stay when needing a place in the city.

Four Seasons delivers a great experience almost always. This was the least positive stay at any FS we've been to. The issue was the highway noise and the uncomfortable beds. We complained to the manager. They did switch us to a better room but the staff were not that friendly compared to every single FS we've tried. The coffee score was great 5/5. Rooms comfort was 2/5 or 3/5 at best. Staff hospitality 3/5.

I was a returning customer and to my surprise the restaurant I wanted to visit had been replaced with something else. The drinks at new location were decent, but I feel the food could improve just a notch to match the prestige of the hotel brand. The views from outside terrace were definitely worth the visit.

Hotel is nice, it's the Four Seasons after all. Service wasn't bad...but I feel like it could be better given the price of the hotel. I would stay here again if it weren't in the worst part of town I've ever seen. Now on to the bad: Downtown STL is a DUMP. Like seriously, this place looks like what AI would draw up for you if you told it to show you a picture of a rundown city. Extremely dangerous area. I felt unsafe even taking a step outside. Do not stay here.

Great view of the river and Arch from the 19th

Beautiful property, great people all around. Lisa and Kelly were fab. Property is well-maintained and so nice. Rooms are clean and lush as you would expect. Only disappointment is that they are currently remodeling, so the larger, typical Four Seasons-style bar was not there. There is a mini one in its place. It was still a fun area to enjoy a beverage. The remaining bar area was reserved for a private event one day, so we weren't able to fully hang out there but the Mississippi pop-up restaurant was available. We would stay here again!

Overall it was a great hotel if you are in the St. Louis area. I did like the level of security entering the floors. The Cinder Restaurant had friendly staff and a great ambiance. If you want to grab a quick snack or dinner or just take in the downtown views this is a great option. I did order the broccolini and mussels very good flavoring. There is a casino attached to the hotel but I did not get a chance to go while there. The rooms were also clean just a few minor stains on my pillow case and bed spread. There are a few attractive restaurants within several blocks of the hotel or take a quick ride to the restaurants.

    Warm cider- must try!

I could have gotten a hot breakfast but I was always in a hurry so I got the continental to go: coffee, fruit cup, vanilla yogurt and bagel your style. Your other choices include omelettes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, if you want the hot breakfast. However the hot breakfast does not include fruit, which I always prefer: cut up cantaloupe, pineapple, berries. It was great! I used my $10 food card for an ooey gooey butter cake. Paid $4 with tip since it was $12. Every evening, they serve the best ooey gooey cookies ever! free! Marriott also loaded a $25 gift card to my account that expired soon, so I went next door to the Marriott and spent it on two bottles of water, a seltzer and a fruit cup and paid $4 extra. They sure do charge a lot for water! I heard there is a grocery store Shnucks near by but I didn't have time to visit. The only thing was I stayed several nights but they did not clean the room or even change the towels after the first night. I was too busy and tired to care but hang up your towels!

I stayed there this past weekend for a volleyball tournament across the street. The location couldn't have been better. And the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. But thy were way understaffed, and it showed. The lobby smelled really bad. Like gross. Made me not want to hang out down there at all. One of the three elevators were out and as it was bus and they are small elevators you ended up waiting a lot. My room size was ok, but the tv didn't work, the phone didn't work, the safe didn't work, the room lighting was poor and the pillows were the worst quality pillows possible. I let them know the next day and they couldn't fix anything so they just moved me to a new room. But they don't help me at all and I had to move my own stuff at 9:30pm after a long day. In addition the valet was so slow it didn't make sense to use them. You'd literally wait 20 minutes for a car. They had in room coffee but it was gross and the water out of the sink tasted weird. I also asked for a slightly Kate checkout and they said no initially. I know they don't have people coming to the hotel for the week so it was surprising the couldn't give me an extra 30 mins. But I ended up bullying them into giving me the 30 mins. They did say my key might stop working and to just stop by the front desk a they would make me a new one. Not sure I'd stay here again even though they tried to make things right for me.

From the very beginning, I knew that with Christina and her attentive team that we would be in great hands. The venue (612North) is housed in the once estate of Henry Shaw (Missouri Botanical Gardens). The look and feel of this venue is very a very on-trend and chic-poured floor, exposed brick sort of gig. The killers are the very tall picture windows on three sides which view is the newly face-lifted Gateway Arch. It was very fun to hear the gasps as people caught the sights and realized they could "almost touch The Arch". 612North Catering: Foodstuffs are created by the talent behind Drunken Fish...yes, their bespoke sushi is available, but also many other flavors and textures that show Drunken Fish and associated companies to be au courant and very formidable in St. Louis party eats. Macaroni and Cheese with shards of bacon, hot sauce or other mix ins. Crispy pillowed pot-stickers dipped in salty-sweet ginger goodness. Most memorable for me was their Flatbread Board. Flatbread pieces topped with varied things creating the perfect finger food. Tops in my book was a mellow Bechamel and Caramelized Onion, Gruyere and Thyme melded perfectly on a tender crust. Items of course can be tailored for your needs and desires. Once the party was humming along there was nothing for me to worry about. A major plus. Working with Christina was a dream. Communication was open and responses immediate. A (patrolled) public parking lot is mere feet from the entrance so attendees need not worry. Coat check included. If you want a fun, hip gathering place, 612North is happening and it's happening in Downtown's Laclede's Landing. There is no doubt we will use again.
