They did however confirm they saw blood on the floor but just assumed it was from another dog's urine-- WHAT! As a dog owner we all know when there's blood in a dog's urine it is watery, it doesn't actually look like blood! My dog had blood under his eye, an open wound and blood reside in his hair. His veterinarian confirmed it wasn't an injury playing with another dog.

They're a very energetic breed and at a hyperactive age so we didn't expect them to be super chill, but we take them to the dog park everyday 2x a day and can confirm they just play like huskies do. They were too much for the staff to manage, which is fine, though we were anticipating the staff to be experienced with all types of breeds/etc and were disappointed it didn't work out. I noticed a lot of signs indicating they're short staffed for daycare, so it's possible there's just not enough people right now to take on higher energy pups in the mix of a large group. Our pups had so much fun on their first day with a small group, we were really looking forward to using Elliot's house!! I saw some other reviews that suggest this is a common experience for energetic breeds trying out daycare here, so just leaving a quick FYI for other owners since it's a lot of time and money to find a daycare that's a good fit!!

Julie had the dogs for the weekend while we were on vacation - and dropped them off per our request on Monday. Unfortunately, our flight was significantly delayed and we were now scheduled to get home the following day. One quick late-night phone call to Julie and she was back at our house to pick up the dogs once again and keep them for another, unexpected night. She's easily the most reliable dog sitter I've ever used. I've never had a problem with her reliability. We also use Neighborly for daily walking service. Cristina - our walker - is great. They came to meet me and Iggy, that's his name. They made the process very simple. I completed the forms, gave them instructions. I was away for a week recently and Rich came and sat with my dogs. He treated them and my apartment with great care. He even indulged my neurosis by calling me while I was away to let me know my boys were fine. I'm sorry if the poster's "friend" had a bad experience, but I have to agree with Zach, its a little suspicious, I'm wondering if maybe its not just a shameless plug (pug?) for another service. I've never once had an issue with GL. Love them. Highly recommend them to everyone.
