I'd REALLY like a more reliable partner for my internet and cable services. We've been battling…read morepixilation on our devices for YEARS. Each time we report it, they just kinda of appease us with basic troubleshooting (replace this device, try turning up the signal, etc.). Rarely does it help. Our latest issue came when I lost internet for three days. I work from home, so it's kind of important. They wouldn't prioritize me since it was just me, so I had to wait, costing me a day off and all my mobile data as I used my hotspot. Finally a tech came out and said the cable from the pillar outside was pretty old (aka "original"), so he ran new stuff to my house. They'd send someone a couple days later to bury it. Cool - things seemed better after that. However, that night (like at 3am), a truck pulled up and monkeyed with that box. The next morning, I was down again - all services. Calling it in started troubleshooting all over from scratch. Like, you couldn't just look up the work order to see what those guys did? And have them come fix it?? LONG story short, it was a big issue, and had any homes been downstream from me, they would have had issues too (so the cable-burying guy told me). Eventually they got it working again. But hey - guess what? I stlil have some pixilation watching TV... So after all that, I'm really no better off than I was before. Thanks guys.

I have a receipt from UPS that I have already had to use for a collections dispute a couple of months ago which was RESOLVED. and then they just go and send it to a whole new agency I have never heard of. This store WILL mess up your credit score and continuously send you to collections, regardless of your equipment being FULLY returned. This company is a joke, a scam, and fully worthless. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Charter Communication/Spectrum Systematically structured to SPAM the customer:…read more We have been Spectrum customer for more than 15 years. The area we live does not give me an alternative option for the internet service. All these years, Spectrum only interested in hooking the new customers with the so called 'promotion' price, then jack up the price a year or so later. Every year or two, if I did not want to add more services from them, I had to cancel my internet service for a period of time, then sign up again in order to get the new customer's price / or a 'promotion' price even they always advertise widely that 'You' do not need a contract. Their Customer Service was always worthless and very rude. My most recent experience with them was that I signed up with a two year 'locked in' price in Feb. 2024. This Jan, they raised the price, and added $5 to my monthly bill. I thought it was $5, to save my headache, I did not argue and paid for it. then in Feb. they added another $15 more to the monthly bill again. I tried to talk their customer service agent to get an answer as to when my contract /promotion period expires, and when the price should be changed, why I have two increases in two consecutive months. She first told me that my promotion price expired on 1/15/2026, then she said it was in Feb, she never provided me with a straight answer as to why I have two increases in two months. All her interests were to get me paid for the extra $20 and a total of &$70/ month bill. Since I was not willing to make a payment right away, she only wanted to get off the phone with me.... Well, we only wanted to keep Spectrum internet for our smart devices controls. After my last night experience with them, we have decided that with a GREAT PLEASURE, we are cancelling their service, and say "Bye- Bye" to them forever!!! No one needs their BS, and if you can, never give them a penny. They are systematically structured to SPAM their customers.

Had heard they were better now days but sadly that is not the case. Been here a less than two months with their service and have already had 4 outages, one which lasted around 6 hours. Avoid rental apartments that do not allow any alternative options, especially if you work from home and need to rely on the interent for being able to work. Their customer support like also for some reason seems to go down during outages often as well - during 2 of the 4 outages so far I have not even been able to reach their support line as the line itself seems to go down when they have larger outages. One of the outages I did get a chance to talk to someone, it was a week after the first 2.5 hour outage and I asked what the issue was and if this was normal and they suggested I just use my phone as a hot spot and I said that doesn't really work due to being in an ATT deadzone for speeds and the rep ended up just hanging up on me...never thought I would say I miss Spectrum interent but man their service was was so much more reliable and their support team was always professional. I have also noticed that rain for some reason causes drops in connection briefly and oddities with the speed so be ready for that as well. The speed itself, when working, is solid at 1gig up/down.

A 1.3 star review is not even worth it to this company…read more At&t is the worst service on the planet. They help with absolutely NOTHING !!!! I had one of those flip phones, I took good care of it, I didn't fold it anymore because I seen a crease starting on it so I treated it like a straight phone. It worked good for a couple years like that. Then black screen, blank, nothing. Restart it, it's ok. It did this off and on for a while. Folding the phone is expected to get a crease but I didn't fold it. Blank screen ? It wasn't that old. I paid $150+ for 2 lines. My daughters phone was just a straight phone but the battery kept dying, she charged it, it would die again shortly after. I called At&t costumer service (Multiple times) and told them the problem with my daughters phone, the girl told me that the phone was discontinued. I did not know they were gonna get rid of it. Eventually the phone completely died and is now just a paper weight. When I told the girl about my flip phone she had no answer for me. I even talked to a manager (costumer service employees are useless, they just answer phones). The manager (managers are also useless just there for a paycheck) told me I had NO insurance and they were not gonna fix my phone or do anything for me. He also told me that I'd have to pay out of my own pocket to fix the screen. Paying $150+ for 2 lines and nothing else, I thought that included insurance also. They took the insurance off my service without my permission. One place I found near me said they could take a look at my phone, replace the screen but it would cost me about $500 dollars or more to get it fixed. And for my daughter, I'd have to get her a brand new phone and STILL have to pay on her old dead phone. So I'd have to pay for 2 lines, 3 phones, $500+ and a partridge in a pear tree. AT&T is the company from .... (you know where) If you want to just throw your money away then At&t is the company for you!! I am happy to say that I don't have the stress of deal with people who just want to sit there, answer phone with an accent you can't understand and collect a paycheck that's it. I now have a different company with 3 lines and I'm now paying LESS than $150.

And if you had the app you would have known that." When I tried to address my overinflated bill with them, they said "You can drop your in-home warranty for $25/month." I've never been so glad to know of other options in my neighborhood. Can't wait to push the "eject" button on AT&T.
