Andrew took the time to patiently explain the entire process, including how vehicle storage would work while we waited for a long-haul transporter. At pickup, he was professional, thorough, and organized. He documented everything with photos, reviewed all of the paperwork with me before loading the vehicles, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. What really stood out was his follow-through. He told us he would let us know when the vehicles were picked up by the long-haul carrier, and after two weeks in storage, he did exactly that. He reached out the same day they left, which allowed us to start tracking the cross-country transport with confidence. The security company on a weekend called the towing company because the rear view mirror hanging placard didn't have a date stamp on it. This was the placard given by the hoa. The placard was in the proper location. First error was on the property management co. So the truck was towed by Martin's Towing in San Luis Obispo. Called them Sunday when we noticed the truck was gone and the note left on door. $450 on Sunday to get truck back or $350 on Monday during business hours. We chose Monday because the hoa was going to pay the fee as it was towed in error. We arrive on Monday to a very small office off Broad street where there are maybe 10 cars all piled into a place where you can maybe park 6 safely. Our truck was in there. So the security company took pictures of the vehicle before it was towed. We have those photos. Guess what! In the pictures it doesn't show the damage to the door on drivers side. We noticed this and called the company on the issue. They asked for the pictures for which I promptly sent to Steve (manager I assume). Steve gets back to me and says they are not clear to resend. So I do. No response from him. I call the office daily for 3 days in a row. Have to leave a message for Steve for which I do. Give him until Friday end of business to respond or going to small claims court. Guess what! That's where this is headed. I will be suing for one days lost wage, the damage, the inconvenience and court fees. I bet I win with these pics I have. I would NOT suggest using them for anything.
