Andrew at SLO Tow was outstanding, and I highly recommend both him and the company…read more When our vehicles were being transported across the country, we weren't sure what to expect after SLO Tow called to arrange pickup. Andrew took the time to patiently explain the entire process, including how vehicle storage would work while we waited for a long-haul transporter. At pickup, he was professional, thorough, and organized. He documented everything with photos, reviewed all of the paperwork with me before loading the vehicles, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. What really stood out was his follow-through. He told us he would let us know when the vehicles were picked up by the long-haul carrier, and after two weeks in storage, he did exactly that. He reached out the same day they left, which allowed us to start tracking the cross-country transport with confidence. Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish. If you're using SLO Tow, I highly recommend asking for Andrew!

I don't know why AAA bothers to contract with Bob Holzer. My CalPoly kid tried jump starting a…read morefriends car and ended up not being able to start his car as well. I had him call AAA and ask for battery service and told him to go ahead and get a new battery as the Costco one was several years old and probably needed a new one. Well he waited over an hour for Bob Holzer Towing to show only to be called back and told that because they failed at the jump start that they wouldn't look at either car until it was looked over by a mechanic. WTF? Now my kid is learning how to pull the battery from YouTube videos and having another friend take him to Costco to swap out the battery and having me question what AAA is even for. If you are in San Luis Obispo County and AAA wants to send Bob Holzer towing for battery service you would be wise to ask for another service provider.

Isaid nothing the whole way. When we got off in Arroyo Grande, he kept asking me to go to inn and out with him.
