Total scammers!!!! I…read morewill be filing a complaint with the BBB against this company for what I believe to be excessive and unreasonable towing fees. My vehicle was towed approximately 2.3 miles. The vehicle was in the company's possession for less than one hour before I retrieved it. I was charged $805 to recover my vehicle. While I acknowledge that I mistakenly parked in a short-term parking space, the fee assessed is grossly disproportionate to the service provided. A short-distance tow and less than one hour of storage does not justify an $805 charge. The amount appears punitive rather than reflective of actual towing and administrative costs. That kind of fee feels completely outrageous and predatory.

I accidently backed into a car that was parked in my driveway, and as a result did some minor…read moredamage to the rear bumper to the car I was driving, both cosmetic and small dents. Although the damage was minimal my car is a vintage car so I was very concerned that the body repair would match the rest of my bumper exactly. I took it to CRC on the recommendation of my car mechanic and after seeing its 5.0 rating both here and on Google. I was not disappointed! There is no way you can tell where the damage was, and I even inspected it very closely! Not only that but, coincidentally, my two rear brake light bulbs blew out when I was getting my car from them. They volunteered to have one of their employees go to the car supply store a few blocks away and they bought and installed both bulbs free of charge. That level of service, the expertise they showed on my car, and a very reasonable price will make my next decision to take a car in for body work very simple.
