I stopped by the Four Corners Grille after an appointment in Tiverton. I was looking for just a basic comfort food lunch. What a great little place! Cozy booths and some tables too. The waitstaff and woman manager were very welcoming and attentive. I actually saw an " add on " to a salad of cranberry chicken salad- and asked if they could just make a basic chicken salad sandwich open faced on toast- with sliced apples on top. OMG- it was huge and delish! And they were accommodating even though it was not a regular menu item! Now that's service! The coffee was really good too, and everything was reasonably priced! Staying at my brother's summer home for a few days in the winter off-season near Horseneck Beach in Westport, Mass., I headed out to Tiverton, R.I. in search of dinner. It was a very pretty 20-minute drive to the Four Corners Grille, with great GPS service throughout the short trip. Good thing, too, because it's a winding way, with miles of sturdy dry-stone walls along the way. I chose Four Corners Grille in large part because I'm a major fan of fried clams. Living in Ohio and Washington, DC, I've searched without success for authentic fried clams; Four Corners is the first place that ever met (and indeed exceeded) my expectations. I started with New England Clam Chowder (cup, $7), but since I really wanted to try the lobster bisque, I ordered a cup for takeout dinner the next day (cup, $8). The main attraction, whole belly fried clams (market price), were amazing! The serving was more than ample in number (I had enough leftovers the next day for a meal to go with my takeout bisque). The clams were perfectly breaded and seasoned, and came out sizzling, along with hot rustic French fries and Cole slaw. I don't believe I've ever had such a tasty serving of fried clams in my life. I'm a big fan of their Greek salad and grilled chicken on the side. The chicken is always tender and really flavorful. Their fries are good as well This is my go-to picnic meal, many times. They also have really good baked goods. Last time I had the carrot cake. Absolutely every kind of cake they have in that case at the checkout is super good. They also have beer that you can take out as well. read more

Found this lovely spot in Tiverton Four Corners! Waited about 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon for lunch- not bad! The burger was delish; sweet potato fries were fine. My friend got the BLT and said overall it was good but the bacon was chewy. Service was good and the place feels quaint and inviting! Definitely worth a stop after shopping around Tiverton Four Corners or if you're just passing through. There's good parking nearby as well! read more

Had a wonderful early dinner . The clam chowder was fantastic and the fish and chips were fresh and not greasy. A nice light batter was perfect. The service was excellent and did not get rushed out. This is a four star experience through and through. It's not going to absolutely blow you away, but you'll walk out satisfied. The service is terrific - a real highlight, and I love that they hire local people. The venue isn't fine dining, but it's clean enough. As for the food, it's pretty tasty and reasonably well prepared. I wouldn't call it fine dining, but it's certainly not fast food. Some of their items are better than others, though it truly is dish-dependent. The prices are a touch high considering the quality and venue, but ultimately there's not anywhere else nearby to compare it to. Chowder and chicken dishes tend to be pretty reliable here. I think the burgers are ok - nothing overly special, but not gross either. Their fries, on the other hand, are delicious. In short, if you're in the area looking for an easy sit-down meal with decent food, this is a good spot to go to. As a side note, parking can be a bit tough as the front lot is pretty small with narrow spaces, so be prepared for that. read more

Such a cute place! I went there on a beautiful sunny day so I enjoyed the ample outdoor seating. The tables are large enough to have a large (6?) group comfortable. There is also an outdoor fireplace for the colder months. Then the most important part- the food-was delicious. My friend and I had the southwest egg rolls, Turkey and apple sandwich, and the salad with dried cranberries. Each was fantastic. As much I loved this place and would definitely go back, the desserts are just ok. They looked so beautiful that we had to try some. I was a little surprised that they were just ok. Still, the overall experience is so good that doesn't merit taking off a star. read more

We were a table of three no complaints on the food but the waitress not so much when it was time to pay the bill she put it all on one bill which would have been not a big deal but we wanted separate checks. So I walked over to her and asked for separate checks she said with an attitude you should have said that in the beginning. Wait what I'm sorry that's kind of rude. The best or should I say even more deceitful is that on the receipt says our waiter was Aiden but one of the people I was there with said that is not her name. That just makes matters worse because she is blaming her bad attitude on someone else. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had or witnessed. read more

We had a very nice time at Four Corners Grille. Our waitress was very friendly and took our order of two lobster rolls and fries.

We loved this place. First off, our waitress was just precious. We saw these giant glasses on people's table. Turns out it was the house sangria. Good Lord, they were amazing. Couldn't taste the alcohol, which when we found out the ingredients I think only the ice was non-alcoholic. Yes, the food was delicious. We ate it all!!! Beware of being friendly!i I spoke to the people in the next booth and was banned from ever going there again! (We'd come twice a week for years. Adequate food, great potato salad side.) The seafood was excellent so we got plate one fried scallops, sweat potato fries and potato salad everything melt in your mouth. THE BEST lobster roll and coleslaw I've ever had!!! We had to drive 45 minutes to get to this place and its so worth it. It is the best lobster roll Ive ever had. Fresh and very generous serving. This type of restaurant feels like it's fading away. There's no gimmicky interior, there's no over priced small plates. It's not super loud and dark inside and it definitely isn't trendy or "cool". It's just a good local restaurant with above average food for what you pay. Large menu, service was great. Literally don't have a complaint to offer. Just happy this place exists. read more

You might miss this place when you drive by but do yourself a favor and stop. This place looks like it might be an average lunch place but the menu is incredible and the service is top notch. Even though it's small we've always gotten a seat pretty quickly. They have booths and tables and it's all on one level so pretty accessible. The first time I was there I had southwest eggrolls which had a great spicy dipping sauce and the soup of the day which was pumpkin bisque. Both were super tasty and in a great slightly unusual way. My partner got chicken mozambique over pasta. Not the best mozambique I've had, but really good for a non-Portuguese place. Excellent service with professional waitstaff. Today was our second trip and we mixed it up a little. I tried the black bean and sweet potato vegan burger which was excellent. My sister had the coconut shrimp which she raved about all the way home. My partner tried to go adventurous with chicken and waffles and had a great meal with the tastiest sweet waffles with fried chicken on top. I'm a Vermonter so minus two points for no real maple syrup, but this was such a minor quibble. Again, great service and free tables on a Saturday at lunch time. Will definitely go back any time we are near Tiverton Four Corners. read more

Really cute outside seating friendly servers food could be warmer but it's very good great menu

I've eaten at the Four Corners Grille many times over the years but it's taken a dive recently. The servers are great but the kitchen is a mess. A BLT came with a wad of bacon and no lettuce. When we asked for lettuce the chef stuffed disgusting slimy romaine into it. A grilled cheese came with no cheese on one half of the sandwich. Both times servers were apologetic and tried to help. read more

The 4 Corners Grill is above all others for price and quality. Their menu has a great variety of entrees with the lobster roll and baked scrod among the best. We love the potato pancakes with our meals and there's always a good helping of daily vegetable offerings. Outdoor dining on their patio is always a treat. read more

This is a cute little restaurant we ended up stopping at instead of going to the drive in due to the insanely hot day. the staff are super friendly. the booths are roomy and comfortable. The chowder was great! perfectly creamy, just the right thickness with plenty of clams and potatoes. my husband got the fish and chips and it was great. I got the fish Reuben, which was not great, but I didn't mind, as the staff was nice, and it was a nice day And we were out. She would have gotten me something else, but I said no. On June 29th 2024, I ordered 3 Buffalo chicken wraps with the explicit request, NO BLUE CHEESE, NO RANCH DRESSING. This should have been an easy order seeing as though I ordered online for pickup. I found out when I got home that they put ranch dressing on all three chicken wraps. I called them to complain and the person who answered acted like they couldn't hear me or understand what was wrong. I tried explaining it very clearly but still the don't understand you game! I have visited there before and had no problems, but this was the last time I will go there. Highly disappointed. read more

I am yet to find a restaurant with such an incredible and consistent menu as Four Corners. We go there often, and mix up what we get all the time. The one thing that's consistent is that the food is incredible. No matter what you get. This is the place that you could close your eyes and pick something random of the menu. From the seafood, burgers, salads, pizzas, pastas, we have been more than impressed with everything. Sit outside warm months, stay warm inside cold months. Had lunch today at the four corners. We live in the area and enjoy the Grille regularly. It is so nice to have a place you can rely on to be good every time you go. The staff are very nice and always treat us well. The Restaraunt is a little small so they can fill up for dinner or lunch. The Waldorf chicken salad is one of my regulars. The fresh apples, grapes and cool chicken salad are nice along with the always fresh greens. The fried whole belly clams are fantastic. I treat myself once in while with these. My daughter makes it hard for the kitchen by ordering a burger with Swiss, sliced apples and 1000 island. They never complain and haven't messed it up yet. We appreciate it. Appealing and quaint in rural area. Food is good. However, service was disappointing. Not even halfway through our First course (soups ) our main entrees were brought - food was lukewarm so we decided to put soups aside, husband sent fish for heating up. It came back dry- Decided to let it go- but it was appalling when same thing happened to adjoining table - Assumed came back dry too, so when patron asked she was told her penne pasta was heated up in microwave (plop) not good.
