Was looking for something different on a Sunday afternoon. The other places were pretty busy and we've been there. Yelp pointed out Four Corners and we really liked it. Not trendy or fancy just a real down to earth dinner. I got the 'Cry Baby' beef sandwich and a side of REAL hand dipped onion rings. Loved it. My friend had a Ham & Cheese on Texas toast. Ham was real thick cut ham, not processed with a side of Fries. Came to 21.77 total. Our waitress was supper nice. YES, we will stop in again. read more

We watched for many months while this restaurant was being readied and waited until it had been open for a while before venturing in. We did notice it never seemed very busy. The restaurant is very small, but nicely designed and roomy. That's about the best I can say. The menu is surprisingly limited with very few choices, mostly salads and sandwiches. We waited for service (only 2 other customers at the time). The "special" was Swedish meatballs which my S/O ordered. We decided on fried zucchini appetizer and I chose the Greek salad. What arrived at our table can only be described as a burnt offering along with our beverages. The zucchini was almost unrecognizable, but we chose not to complain. Probably a mistake. The 'special' came with nothing else, and was delivered on a relatively large plate. It was barely okay, certainly nothing to write home about. My salad was pathetic. It amounted to a mountain of onion shreds on top of too much cheese (yes, there is such a thing in ratio), a handful of pitted olives, and 3 lettuce cores (with nothing else attached) and, count them, 3 small leaves of green....no bread, and a tiny container of dressing. I had also ordered the chicken for $1.95 and got 3 tiny pieces atop the lettuce. All of this for $11.95! The waitress never came back. Our glasses remained empty from before the appetizer. We finally caught her attention to bring a box. The cashier was equally as apathetic...never asked if everything was okay, and also did not offer a receipt! Only when I mentioned it, did she inquire as an aside, "oh did you want one?" We were so ready to be gone.... To offer critique is one thing... to suggest improvements would probably be more helpful; however, I wouldn't know where to start! Sadly my best prediction here is that this establishment will not survive very long unless they do a complete overhaul and train their staff in customer relations and service. We rolled into Romeo on bikes in a terrible drenching rain to find only this small restaurant open at 11:30 on the Sunday before Memorial Day. We had several kind and courteous waitresses pour us warm coffee and noticed the extremely good service and loyal patrons greeted by name. This is a very comfortable setting to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and dry out from the rain! Nobody hurried us out and the food was very good and made precisely as requested for my severe food allergy! I will definitely return another time! read more

Why isn't it busy? Because it's brand new. Why aren't there many items on the menu? It's brand new. Give the place some time, it's very promising and in a good location. The sandwiches are great. Not a lot of places take the time to make good bacon for a sandwich -- this place does. Waitress was very polite and attentive. Restaurant is spotless; brand new so of course the place is clean. Honestly, I think breakfast should be the easiest thing to make, and they just can't seem to get it right. I live very close to here so I have tried this place a few times, toast is always burnt, eggs are ok, bacon is always burnt, hash browns are good. Portions are on the smaller side. But overall i would go somewhere else before here. read more

Best homemade food ever. Soups are awesome. Staff is friendly. Owners are kind. Four Corners needs our help it would be terrible if a local diner like this shutdown due to the restrictions. First time trying Four Corners'. Gravy tasted burnt, mashed potatoes was heaven me fries smashed a little, burger was without flavor. I asked for recommendation and this was it. Soup good but over thickened, salad brown lettuce. Coke was great!!! read more

I really wanted to like this place but I just wasn't that impressed. The food was average. The prices were a bit high for what you get. The service was below par. Had to ask for a refill of my coffee and they didn't have equal or Splenda. Just Nutra- sweet (yuck). Disappointing. read more

These people charged me $10 for a salad with basic iceberg lettuce that tasted just ok. This was the type of salad you might expect as a side but not a full blown meal. I don't mind paying for good food but I hate being ripped off. I also thought the lady who took my order was rude and when I told her how I wanted my salad, she was visibly annoyed instead of patient to make sure it was right. Well all I have to say is you guys need to get your act together! How can you screw up breakfast. I had bacon and eggs and my bacon was burnt and my American fries were raw. The service was slow and it wasn't even busy maybe if the waitresses stop chatting so much they should pay little more attention to their tables. read more

The food is great here! We had breakfast and I ordered an egg white veg omelette. It was delicious and had fresh vegetables and the hash browns were to die for! However, we had to wait forever for service and the waitress, Rebecca, was loud, rushed and terse. The bus person actually had to get her attention to get her to wait on us. Under new owners since January and this place is great. Ordered the 1st carry out a week ago and the food was good. The American fries were outstanding and so was the toast. The eggs to the omelette were a little too well done so when we placed out next order I let the owner know and they fixed it right away. 7 of us had breakfast there today and not one complaint. I actually had to split my omelette and have the 2nd half for lunch. Service Is great and the packaging of the food was perfect. They even put in tin foil on the bottom of the country boy omelette so that it would leak through. read more

Awesome lunch today with my niece and her babies. Food was hot, fresh and definately homemade!The hot turkey Sandwich had homemade mashed potatoes and fresh hot Turkey breast. The nachos were delicious with fresh onions And tomatoes. Chili fries and homemade chips to die for. Great family hometown atmosphere! My Nieces baby even drank her bottle which she normally won't do at restaurants. She says she will take her kids back anytime. We will be back. read more

Great food and service, went on a busy Valentine's day for brunch. I had the rocky Mountain omelet, it was huge. My daughter had the vegetarian omelet, she said it was good. My grandson had the homemade corn beef hash, it looked good and he seemed to really enjoy it. Everything looks like it is prepared fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and look forward to trying it again. read more

Average diner with good variety of hamburgers, other stuff just ok. Thee Office Pub or Romeo Family are better choices.

Not impressed with the food quality or the consistency. You can tell they have cooks in the kitchen who don't really know what they are doing. It could be a great little restaurant. Just needs someone overseeing the quality coming out of the kitchen. read more

As a long time Romeo resident I am Very proud to give this restaurant 5 stars. If there were more I would give it to them. The food is great, the service is great, and the employees are great. IF there is anything ever wrong, they correct it immediately with no attitude. Also the owner is Very involved with giving back to the community. I even see the same low income people in there a few times a week and she gives them coffee of coffee/breakfast at no charge. Sadly you don't see that in businesses much anymore. read more

This was my second time at this restaurant, because I believe in second chances, and I must say they didn't get it right again. Breakfast is the easiest meal to prepare, and the breakfast I had was the absolute worst !!! They didn't have enough menu's, the coffee was cold and tasted terrible. I ordered a sausage, mushroom and cheese omelette. The sausage was missing, the eggs over cooked and the food cold. As someone who worked in the restaurant business for many years, most as a cook, I can't understand why some new restaurant owners don't understand that consistency is everything! Sad to say, this place is consistently bad. I suggest if you are looking for breakfast in Romeo, go to the Romeo family diner, or Times Square restaurant. read more
