Just stick with the sliders here and you'll be okay. I had high expectations for breakfast. It was marginal at best. Everything had the aftertaste of aging seed oils. The bacon was cheap and the toast was spread with gross margarine from a bucket. I hate margarine. You should too. Decor is cold and plain. Ravis Grille has it's own little fan club. Squeaky locals eat here almost everyday. Friendly, efficient waitresses letting it all hang out. Think of it like Alice's Restaurant. Marginal food and all. read more

I get breakfast from here at least once a month when I'm traveling for work. They pretty much do anything you would expect from a diner or coney restaurant. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Food quality is good overall but I wouldn't say it's outstanding. The portions however are quite generous from my experiences. read more

I live a good 30 minutes from this place and I don't get over to that area very often. Was at Partridge Creek Mall and that was a close enough of an excuse to go here to grab a bag of 6 sliders and some onions rings. They make a slider that is the closest thing I can recall to when I was kid growing up in Garden City and getting sliders from a place called Bray's. Anyway I always get the 6 and O-rings to go and always polish one off along with half the O-rings on the way home. That drive is to far to resist them. We went to Ravis this past Sunday. The food was very good. The Ravis special Omelet was amazing. The omelet is cover with Ravis's chilly. The chilly is the best in the area. The sliders were well seasoned. I had cheese on mine, it made them even better. Which I didn't think possible. The meat went all the way to edge of bun , plus thick and juicy. Fries were crispy and thick cut. Chilli was a con carne. Served with deli pickles on the side. Service was excellent. We had 2 glasses of water with lemon. Total bill 17.70 not including tip. Bathrooms were very clean so we're the tables. The place is a little outdated but the food and service is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant for the entire family. My boyfriend and I had Travis today for the first time in years! We walked in and the place was very empty but very clean! We were immediately seated and our drink order was taken very precisely. We got sack of sliders(6 sliders) and an order of chili cheese fries. The waitress made sure pickles and sautéed onion strings were good for our sliders and asked what cheese we wanted too- even though we both agreed on american cheese. The Chili Cheese fries were $3 and could easily feed 3 people. I got liquid cheese on it but had the option of shredded cheese. Smoking hot! Very yummy and the fries weren't soggy at all from the chili and cheese. Sliders were awesome! The bun was fresh and very soft. Our sliders were cooked to our liking. Burger patty wasn't burned and the onions and pickles didn't slide off which each bite, definitely a bonus! $15 for two pops, sack of sliders and an order of chili cheese fries. You can't go wrong with that. Prices are extremely reasonable and they have daily specials and a lengthy decent menu. I left full and with leftovers in hand. I'll definitely be back! read more

If I could give zero stars on here, I would. I hate their breakfast; it has no flavor. Their burgers are too greasy. So I decided that I would go ahead and try a Chicken Pita from this place. If I wanted basically a whole onion on my fried chicken pita, I would've just said that...and let's not forget the old clumpy cheese sauce they gave me on the side for the greasy ass fries...GROSS!!!! Got a to go order which was cold when I got home; I live 2 damn minutes away. No wonder why there's pretty much only old people and kids who eat here; tasteless and fucking plain. I stopped in here to do some studying for my final exam. I first stopped in at Wintergarden Tavern, but noticed Travis as I checked in and skipped across the street to go here instead. Years ago, before they dropped the "T", this was a good restaurant. We walked in 45 minutes before close and we were the only people in the restaurant. We were not greeted and took our seat. Before we even had our coats off the waitress was asking our drink order, my husband ordered his water and coffee and before I could respond my order the waitress was wiping down the table across from us. Walked away without responding. She came back with our drinks with the coffee creamer dish resting on top of my coffee cup! I don't know where that's been or if they even wipe them down! Before she even set down our drinks she asked if we were ready to order. When I asked what the soup of the day was, she said they didn't have soup because they close in twenty minutes. I said, "oh I thought you closed at 3!" She said, "oh well then, 25 minutes!" I showed her my phone and it was 220 at this time. She then said, "well we don't serve soup on Sundays," (to cover her mistake, not being truthful either way). She then stood over me waiting for us to order. I told her we still weren't ready as we hadn't even had a chance to look at the menu. She sighed and shook her head and walked away. As a result we choose to leave and don't intend on returning. No one even attempted to say anything to us. Can't comment on if the food is still good as we weren't given the opportunity to try it in the five minutes we were there.
