Founder's Plaza is an open concrete park in downtown Dallas. A few trees provide shade with benches to enjoy watching the passing tourists, most of whom are probably here for nearby Dealey Plaza.
The area includes the Old Red Courthouse, the John Neely Bryan Cabin, the Kennedy Memorial, and a terrazzo map of Dallas County in the 1800's.
There is metered street parking and several paid lots nearby.
