If you need slide scanning, this is your place. My uncle passed away on Christmas Day. When we went to his house to clean it out, we found over 6,000+ slides tucked in the back of his closet. The family had been hemming and hawing over what to do with them, but for me it was no question. Get them scanned. I threw myself into research - I had comparison spreadsheets of everyone in the tri-state area who could scan slides. Fotobridge consistently came out on top. When I called them to get a few of my last questions answered, there wasn't a doubt in my mind that Fotobridge is where I needed to go. Their level of professionalism AND kindness made me feel fully secure in entrusting them with these important slides. I decided to step up the resolution scanning by one step - it gives my family and I the option to print off images larger. It took a few months (it was a LOT of slides), but Fotobridge was in touch throughout the process. We had regular check-ins with each other. There was never a question or request that felt 'too much' for them. At the end of it all, I was blown away with the quality. On top of that - my god. What a treat it was to take this trip through my uncle's life, YEARS before I was even born. It was an unexpectedly emotional experience for all of us. I'm so grateful for Fotobridge for the work they did and the care they took with us. 100% I'll be returning with more. read more

Friendly staff and superb results on my photos and videos! I have really enjoyed seeing all my memories again and I know my family has too. The photos and videos were returned to me completely unharmed. I would suggest organizing the photos before sending them in. Placing them in baggies with the notecards in the front with a year or event was super helpful when reviewing them on my DVD afterwards! Gigi is wonderful and the gal to talk to! Super affordable! I would suggest this place to anyone. Two thumbs up! read more

Terrific company that has now scanned in ALL of my old photo albums. They were gathering dust in the closet, but after getting them scanned to DVD, I've been able to upload them all to Google Photos where the family can actually see them. I only wish that I had thought to do this sooner. The nice thing about Fotobridge is that they keep you constantly updated via email with photo receipt, scanning, and return shipment so that you don't have to worry about treasured memories going missing. As for the scans, they are beautifully done and cleaned up some of the photos that had signs of aging and scratches. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Fotobridge digitized about 2,000 35 mm slides for me: basically my memories from the the 1960's and 70's. These included adventures in Vietnam, the Northwest Territories, Israel, Australia and lots of other places. Many of the slides were starting to self-destruct with age, so I saved them just in time. The staff was very courteous to this technophobe and patiently walked me through the process. Since I live near the Fotobridge facility in NJ, I hand-carried my slides and picked up the CD's. The facility is clean and modern and the employees, especially Gigi, are terrific to deal with. I've now prepaid (during a promotion) to have a few thousand prints digitized. read more

Just got my pictures back, every one came out great. No issues, no flaws, better than expected. Well worth the cost to secure these memories permanently! And, they came in less than many of their competitors! read more

"I received my DVD's and printouts of the close to 5000 photos you scanned for me. What a great package! Really pleased with the look of the printouts, the quality of the scans and the DVD's. I ran a few of the shots through Photoshop and they looked fantastic even when enlarged. Everything was condensed into a neat package. Thanks! - read more

I noticed no reviews were current. I called this business about a potential order during their stated business hours. No one answered. The message did not allow you to leave a voicemail but directed you to send an email instead. I filled out the form. No response. Two months later I get a spam email from the company even though I never opted in. Will not do business with them. read more

Excellent for slides, negatives and prints. Horrible with 8mm videos. Didn't use them for movie film transfers.
