Wow. This place is amazing. In the past I'd go to a place closer to where I work in Philly. But Best Photo is blowing them out of the water with the quality of work and quickness. They do everything in house so they have a super quick turn around. I dropped off a roll of black and white and with in 24 hours had the film developed and the photos scanned and emailed to me. And then when I picked up the actual film a few days later it was cut and placed in order in a film sleeve. Can't say I've gotten that high level of service from anyone else. The staff is super friendly as well. It's a small family owned shop so they are there to help. I don't think I'll be taking my film anywhere else. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with the quality and speed of their work. They also started selling camera via consignment. So if you're looking to get back into film photography and want a nice vintage starter camera or some additional lens stop by and get a camera and some film and show this place some love. They also offer a wide range of other services related to film and video. So if you need something printed, scanned, or made digital this is the local place that will do all that and then some. read more

I am a college student in the cherry hill area and I've been coming here for years. My photo professor suggested me there and honestly they know what they are doing. The prices are fair and the are relatively quick. I have never gotten prints from here, only processing and scanning. Less than 10 dollars per 35mm roll (36 exposure). They also have a 24 hour film drop off so if you miss them during their hours of business you can still make sure they get it first thing in the morning. They do get very busy though so sometimes. You have to stay on top of them but, they are very knowledgeable and do a good job. They have earned me as as loyal customer. Why the 4 star? I know how long it takes to process a 35mm roll or a roll of APS film. Most processors can load anywhere between 4-6 rolls and process time is in the ballpark of 35-45 minutes. Depending on the scanner they have, (I believe it's an automatic scanner) scanning a roll of 35mm film should take an additional 10 minutes. So theoretically 8 rolls of 35mm film shouldn't equal to a weeks worth wait. I understand all businesses get busy but there is no real excuse for a a weeks delay. Overall they are a great business and I would suggest them to anyone in the area who needs professional attention for their photo needs. read more

I walked into Best Photo over 10 yrs ago and have not taken my business anywhere else since! The customer care is outstanding, the quality is exceptional. Digital files are printed to perfection, and they still do FILM! They also transfer VHS to digital, and do a fantastic job on photo restoration. In a world where you can get anything done online, there's one thing that you can't.... That's amazing personal customer service. This place is located in a rundown shopping strip mall, facing away from the road so you would never know it's there. In the last 6 months they saved us twice. First when we needed a video made into DVD so that we could show it at a family members funeral service the next day. Most recently, something I ordered online didn't show up. I needed it for a party in 24 hours, and Nick stayed late on Friday night to make sure I got it in time for Saturday. Prices are reasonable, the service is better than reasonable. Don't make the same mistake I did, if you have a high priority items that you need created, call these guys and don't do it online. read more

Great customer service. Fast turn around times. Have gone here five or six times in the past year to get rolls of film developed and have always been very satisfied with the results. I'll keep going. I took a disposable camera here to be developed and got the photos printed and scanned. They said it would take 3 days to be finished, which seems like a long time, considering other places have a turn around time of 1 hour. When I came to pick up the photos, I asked about the digital copies as well. They say if they would check the computer for them and send them over, but I should have received them already. That day I still didn't receive them, so I called the next day to follow up. They said they would try to track down the photos and follow up in 1 hour. 1 hour passed and I don't hear back, so I call again and they said they would send them over by end of day. I get a forwarded email from the we transfer they had sent; and they got my email address wrong. After looking through the photos, I realized there were some missing in both the digital and printed copies. The photos came out pretty nicely, but this place is clearly disorganized. read more

Horrible place! From the first phone call!! Spoke to Debbie who was so disinterested in my questions. She made me feel as if I was wasting her time. Not customer friendly at all. So against my better judgement I decided to go ahead and have Best Photo print my photos that I needed. I should have walked right out...the equipment is horribly outdated and the store is dirty beyond belief. Looks like a hoarder lives there. The equipment was not working when I went so I had to leave and email my photos to be printed out. Not even an apology that this was inconvenient to me all. So home I went to email my photos. When I returned the next day to pick up my photos they were placed in a cheap looking envelope with no regard in keeping them cared for. I spent over $100 and could not use any of the photos because the size I needed did not fit fully on the photo paper. I was left with a white boarder on each side of all my photos. As a professional lab they should have seen this error and notified me as to whether I wanted to have them printed at all. But I didn't get that call because they are FAR from professional!! So after I paid for photos I could not use I called Debbie and asked if she could remake them for me since they were not usable. Or if she could help me out and discount if I was to have them all redone. I was informed that she would not help me and that I would have to pay full price again if I wished to have them redone!!!! Really?!? What a joke of a business!! I was a new customer with the potential to be a long time customer and that's how I was treated!! Debbie is so rude and should not be in customer service at all!! And I was willing to overlook her ignorant, nasty, disgusting attitude for a job well done. BUT...their services are as horrible as their employees. So disappointed that I wasted my time and money on such a horrible business. Do not wast your time and money on such a disgusting place with even worse customer service. I will never go back and I will make sure to let everyone know never to set foot in this business or use their services!!!! read more
