Great store! Great Selection and prices seem decent!…read more So I bought a house recently and boy are we out of our league! The original as well as the previous owners both put in weird lights all over the house and we are having a nightmare of a time trying to replace bulbs... So I took a few of them to Ace to try and figure out what I need, and unfortunately they were unable to help me. The labels on the bulb faded, and they looked like 3 different types of bulbs and we had no idea the wattage... The store was jam packed! It has very small aisles, just big enough for 2 people to walk down. Every square inch has something to sell. It is basically a slimmed down Home Depot. It was nice but a little dated and shabby, but if you come here you are not looking for a new clean modern aesthetic, you are here for a specific item. All in all the staff was friendly, but unfortunately was unable to help me with my bulbs. If I do need basic home improvement items, this will be my place to go!

They aren't always friendly, but generally helpful, but my last visit took the cake! The owner treated me so rudely that I still can't get over it! First, when I said I knew where to find what I needed, he told me harshly "to stand there and don't move". When I followed him to say I needed something else too, he yelled, "I told you to wait there!" Then, when I was paying at check out, he came back and told me "stop talking to my staff and let them do their work". So, after I paid and was walking out the door I said to the person entering, "Watch out someone is in a bad mood today"; and then the owner really yelled at me. I'm 72, a woman, and he's a BULLY! Its back to the BIG BOX stores for me.

What store opens at 2pm on a Saturday? A bar maybe. They had nothing on their website and they have no phone number to call. They did have this on fb, but too bad I don't use fb due to being stalked and hacked (by disgusting people I met on Yelp). I made a half hour detour from my day trip in NJ to try this place, so it was definitely a miserable waste of my Saturday. Hopefully they will get their hours stable and I can catch them open on another trip, and update my review then.
