The customer service here was just bad. I was only in there for 5 minutes because the young lady in the UPS shipping looked at me in the rudest way as if I was bothering her and wouldn't answer my question. I reported it to the manager on the way out and he was also unbothered and didn't even apologize for the experience. I understood why her attitude was tolerated. Anyway, I'll go to a different location to ship. If this is how they treat their customers, I doubt that my package will arrive at its destination. Have tried to come here for different printing inquiries. Each time, there's a different answer from the staff on what they can and cannot do. Purchased several different types of paper, which they don't carry in store but was specifically requested from the staff on those days, just to come back and then am told no they won't print on that kind of paper. Copy center review only . . . So, I get a measly 1/2 hour lunch. My time is utterly precious to me, and especially when I'm doing errands within a strict time frame! This Staples is super close to my employer. Awesome! I knew going in exactly what I needed to do because I did the same thing (uploaded a picture to the Staples app and had it printed out in color on one of their copiers; with my transfer paper in hand, inserted into one of the copier trays) prior at the Deptford location. The smarmy young (not too young) "gentleman" at the copy center counter happily told me that "it's policy that we don't do that here." I explained how I did the same exact task at the Deptford Staples less than two months ago. He didn't give a sh*t and told me that putting transfer paper in "his" copier would ruin it. "I know; I'm the one who fixes them." Well good for him. I wound up printing two color copies for a little over a buck. I'll figure out the rest on my own. CS s*cks at this location for some reason. Even the staff member who I purchased from was a real loo-loo. He got nervous when I asked for the manager and fumbled for the phone to call him over. Never again and I now see how this location EARNED the rating that it has. read more

I felt good that I didn't spend over $100 for ink and paper. The staff is back to wearing masks again, but don't require vaccinated people to do so-----yet. I was also able to find the missing black ink which was out for so long, I ended up refilling my own ink last time. I had around $50 of discounts and a 30% ink coupon as well. Don't rely on their (1 hour) pickup from store service. I am now waiting 3 hours and still no update from the initial email of processing. Called the Marlton store and got the internet is slow excuse and sorry but no help. I asked it I could come in and get the product from the shelf for the price I was guaranteed online and was told no, I would have to cancel my online order and pay the the store price. I'm not sure why the bad reviews but this location is great imo. They always have everything I need in stock and the customer service is excellent both in the front and the printing department. They are always excited to let you know about whatever rewards or good deals they have saving me a lot of money. They helped me download the app so I'm saving even more! read more

This Staples is much like every other one I've been in. That statement carries both positive and negative sentiments. Positive: Nice selection of writing implements and refills, ok selection of computers and other tech items, good selection of office items and supplies. Negatives: They no longer carry computer batteries in stores, and finding help on the sales floor is like searching for Bigfoot. But they have decent sales, and if you are a rewards member you get various coupons or offers. Sometimes they even coincide with when you actually need something. Purchased a new Keurig K-1500 in the Marlton Staples Store. Brought it to my office and set it up. It would not turn on. Tried multiple outlets. Brought it right back to the store, same day about two hours after the purchase. The store would not except the return because I was told that the Serial Number did not match. The manager was very unprofessional and showed no effort to resolve my issue. He admitted he saw me in the store earlier making the purchase. I pointed out if there really is an issue with the serial number, the issue was caused by their store. My business has been using this staples for over 15 years. We will not be using them in the future. read more

This location is useless. went to get something copyed from 1972. This work is out of copyright as the company does not exist anymore. the copyright law from that time only covers it for 28 years meaning it expired in 2000. so 19 years out of copyright but they still insist i petition the patent office and the co that is no longer in buisiness for their permission to copy it. they only do copys of anything over 80 years old. So unless your copying the declaration of independence go to another location read more

This location always carries the items I need. I never have an issue with the store, organization or not carrying the products I need. The only negative I can share is at times they never have enough cashiers on hand to handle the lines that build at certain times. Other than that, this location is close, convenient, easy to get to, etc. read more

Walked back on their return policy because item was from another store. Was told furniture is not returnable if it wasn't store assembled. Cashier was uninformed and decidedly unhelpful. Store manager came across rude and aggressive from the start. Don't count on finding help here. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. read more

I had a very bad first impression of this store and I won't be back because of my first experience. I came in to mail an item and asked if I buy an envelope at the mailing center or from the actual store. The associate Harrison said we buy it in the store and then can come back to the kiosk to pay for it and ship the item. When we came over with the envelope he was assisting another customer which was fine as we had no problem waiting. He looks at us and says that we can go to the cash register and pay for the envelope. He said it with an arrogant tone which made me reply that he told us to come back over here since we need to ship out the item. It didn't make sense to walk across the store, wait in line, pay for the item and then walk all the way back especially since he told us we could do it with him. By the time we walked back from the line, he could have been helping a second costumer so it didn't make sense to do that. When I explained that we were going to stay and wait because we needed to ship out, he paused as if he wanted to say something rude and then said, "okay" with a tone that showed he was annoyed. When we're shipping out the item he begins talking to another associate telling her to make sure no one bothers him because he has work to do in the back. He paused our transaction to have this conversation with her and then leaves and tells the girl to get out receipt because he needs to the job in the back because he is the only one who can do it. I felt that this associate was unprofessional because of this reasons and because of him and his attitude, I won't be back in this store. read more
