Twister should be blended . Why would it be named twister lol.

These people are idiots here do not come to this rude establishment who knows nothing about the franchise they own . Ordered 3 twisters got them , they were pathetic with just a little bit of the toppings on top. I asked the owner about this and he said you gotta pay extra lol . At $8 each are you kidding , then I asked if they should be blended because the stuff was just put on top and he says no they never come blended you have to mix them yourself . I told him I don't think so but he insisted. I went to corporate to find out and saw I was correct . They will have trouble at this location for sure . I certainly will not come back. Twister should be mixed or blended from the place , hence the name . So if you want some pathetic rude customer service and a cup of soft serve with a small amount of toppings on it and charged a lot of money you have certainly found the correct place.

Food is delicious and there is a nice clean place to sit and eat inside. This brings back teenage years. Now I'm bringing my kids to eat here. Also a big plus, the bathroom is clean!!! Love Fosters Freeze!

The ice cream is delicious. I would recommend not to get the large cup for ice cream. I got the médium size and i felt like it was just to much sweet for me. I got the oreo twister. I think the smallest cup is good enough to satisfy the tastebuds a little bit. . I got a bottle of water just to help it digest . It was a delicious dessert. I appreciate de service here. . Clean place.

It's a small place but really nice & clean. As usual the ice cream is delicious and never disappoints! Next time I'm going to try their food.

I love this place! They have a great selection of snacks for a great price! Allison, the cashier is also very nice and always smiling. What a good place to hang out and cool off.

I love this Fosters Freeze location (and not just because it's only 3 minutes away from my house). It's a great place to go for delicious and affordable ice cream. Another perk is that this location also sells food like burgers and fries (unlike the one in Torrance). Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Over the years I've tried everything - from their sundaes to their chocolate dipped ice cream cones - and I've never been disappointed with a selection. My favorite thing to order would be a Twister. They come in a variety of different flavors (mint oreo, cheesecake, m&m, cookie dough, etc.) and are all super tasty. I believe that there are 4 different sizes of Twisters to choose from and you get a good amount of ice cream for the price you pay. They're also always coming out with new flavors too. This location is very small, but it's very clean and well maintained. There is lots of seating and parking available too. The service is quick - I don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 minutes for my order to arrive. Oh, and it's cash only but they have an ATM right outside.

Love Fosters Freeze. This location has a very large parking space behind it. I ordered the chocolate sundae and it was so good. My husband had the chocolate dipped cone. We will definitely be going back once we are in the Harbor City area.

I got twister oreo jr size. It was delicious and size was more than enough for me. I like that they have various options such as burgers and fries, shakes and icecream. Only one thing I didnt like that they didnt put AC on and today was 80~85 degree. It was super hot inside(more hotter than outside. I could feel heat from the kitchen). Its mainly ice cream place and no one is going to expect it to be hot inside.

The chicken was all cut up not a whole chicken breast which I should have seen as a red flag. But I tried to enjoy it, thinking positive and enjoy my night. I finished the beer and ordered a small beer but I started feeling really dizzy during this time. And not from drinking. If you've ever been roofied you know this exact feeling. Things are moving slower. You're spinning. You don't have full control. And you could pass out at any second. Thankfully I got home but it continued in a shower I took to try and wake up, but that didn't work. On my sofa I passed out. And woke up the next day still not feeling good. Still needing to lay down and needing more sleep. Another night passed where I slept early. Like I was knocked out. And today, Friday I finally felt like it was all out of my system. And this all happened because I went to Slip. This is not a fluke. It was not an accident. It happened to me and it can happen to you too. It can happen anywhere maybe, or maybe not. But what's for sure is it happened to me there. If you're with Slip and you're reading this, do not try and make me an offer to return. I won't. Ever.

We ordered a $13.99 personal meal. My wife had the mac & cheese with a salad, and I had the combo pizza with a Caesar salad. We added two drinks for $1.99 each and shared a nutty coleslaw. I was surprised at how large the "personal size" mac & cheese was -- it was very generous. We ended up sharing the pizza, mac & cheese, and coleslaw and still had plenty of food. The meal also came with two personal-size carrot cakes, which we took home for the next day. Even sharing just one was more than enough. Everything was delicious, but the carrot cake really stood out. Super moist, full of carrots and chunks of pineapple, and topped with an amazing cream cheese frosting. The menu says it's made from scratch, and it definitely tasted homemade. Definitely recommend! **After reading some of the 3 and 1 reviews, I'm hoping to have an equally positive experience on my next visit.

Rubbery, badly seasoned, and felt like low-quality meat. Completely different from what they serve at other locations. -BBQ sauce was off. Way too much black pepper to the point it made me cough. The interior is neat and clean. There are various types of seating (bar; table; booth; high-tops; communal), and plenty of screens to watch sports. On this occasion, I ordered the Tavern Fish & Chips ($22). It is described as "Alaskan cod coated in a tempura beer batter and served with French fries, tartar sauce and yuzu herb coleslaw". The positives of this dish are that it was prepared well. Both the fish and chips tasted good. The presentation was also nice; which leads to the coleslaw: The coleslaw tasted good, too; but I was surprised the serving was so spare. It's almost as if it was served just to optically balance the presentation in the basket. (See photo shared,) And while the price was not unreasonable, feel it's creeping towards expensive (relative to serving size). I'll attribute this to rising input costs. Staffing might be an issue during the lunchtime service. Service was okay, but they seemed to be understaffed. It's possible that most of their business is done after 5pm.
