Consequently she was always losing it. For her birthday I decided to buy a couple of extra key fobs, I found them on Amazon for $20/ea. Then I needed to get them paired with the car. Andy is the BEST! Don't call anyone else!!!…read more I needed to have two locks in a commercial building opened (no keys available) and have these re-keyed to match the existing locks. I called Andy at Western Locksmith at 9am and he met me at my office 20 minutes later! This was very encouraging since I had wasted 3 hours at the location the day before, waiting for another locksmith who called to say he was running late and then never showed up! Andy owns the business and therefore is truly dedicated to provide the best customer service and excellent results. I've had poor results from some of the online booking services who just contact a freelance technician. Andy was able to open the locks and found that the key slot was slightly narrower than the other locks, but he was able to use a narrower brass colored key that was thinner than the existing silver key. I'm sure that someone else would have tried to talk me into changing both locks! Excellent work, prompt, very reasonable fees, plus he's a very nice guy. I won't go anywhere else!

He was able to help me reprogram my existing key and also got me set up with a new key that includes remote start, which has been awesome. What really stood out was his customer service. The second day, I had an issue where the battery in the new key died. I texted him and received a response the same day. He immediately offered for me to stop by so he could replace the battery. I ended up buying a battery myself, and he still offered to help if I had any issues getting it working. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was working properly. Thank you again for all your help!
