So I was running errands and popped in as I had a charm that I needed to add to my bracket. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted (by does one expect less at James Avery?) and asked how can they help me today. I told the sales clerk that I needed to add a charm and asked about how long will it take. She told me it wouldn't take long and I almost fainted. She assisted me with locating the perfect spot on my bracelet and while she worked on it another clerk assisted me as I walked around and looked at other charms. I had some other errands to run and I was going to come back but before I could walk out the door, my bracelet was being brought to me. Kristen, you went above and beyond and I only wish that you were closer to me as I walked out the door a very happy customer!!!

About a month and a half ago my daughter and her grandmother went into their store to get a couple links added to her charm bracelet. Of course they have to ship it to Kerrville to get it fixed and would mail it back to us as soon as it was done. Since her grandmother is the one that took her to do this we didn't have any of the information on when it would be returned to us. After a few attempts of getting the shipping information from her grandmother we finally got it. Once we looked up the tracking number it said it was delivered over a month ago by UPS.....WHAT?!?!?! We never received anything, and with it being so long ago we figured it would be a complete loss. Figuring that whatever address they delivered to was enjoying it. After trying to start a claim with UPS, with little hope in mind, I got to a step that made me think I better call James Avery just to make sure I didn't need anything from their end. Once I got Alexandria on the phone that was it, I didn't need to do anything else. She handled everything. They even sent Ava a new replacement bracelet and took several days and emails to make sure it was exactly like the one that was lost. And doing this all before they have anything settled with UPS. I am absolutely impressed and beyond grateful. I am a customer for life (not that I wasn't before but this just sealed the deal). If you want excellent customer service, the friendliest people and top notch jewelry, James Avery is the place to go.

Dema, one of the owners (the store is owned by Dema and his mother, Erena), was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with my watch. And because they were not super busy that day, he was actually able to fix my watch while I waited. I also had an opportunity to look around the store and talk to Erena while her son was working on my watch. I was impressed with this mother and son team. What a great American Story! They came over from the Ukraine many years ago. Erena has definitely instilled in her son the reality that if you're willing to work hard, you can still be successful in America. This jewelry store has a great history, it's been in that location for almost 60 years. I thought, how cool is it that these hard-working folks were able to come here and make their dream come true.... awesome! The repair was completed, and the work was great. Before I made this post I called around to a few other Rolex repair shops just to see what they would've charged for the same thing. Hardy's charged me $65.... pretty much everyone else it would be about $125 (I was very specific about the repair that I needed to have done. The cheapest was $110). I also saw numerous people coming in to pick up their repaired items while I was waiting. Everybody seemed really happy. I'm so glad I stumbled in there. I just happened to be in the area getting a bite to eat. I knew I was having this problem with my Rolex, and it was going to need to be repaired. I saw their Rolex repair sign in the window and thought I'd give it a shot. I knew I was going to be around for a couple days. I never expected them to do it right then and there, I suspect that's not always going to be the case for people. But nonetheless, I was really grateful for the service and the opportunity to get to know these amazing people who are striving to live the American dream!

Internet searches, and YouTube videos, suggest going to an auto parts store for the repair kit. Well I have been driving past this Tandy Leather location for over 20 years. Never once was I curious about the store, beyond the Tandy name. Well when Thuy got it in here mind to fix this sofa, and after watching many a YouTube video, I said, "Hey, what about the leather store on 377?" Thuy read the reviews, and was not optimistic. She decided to call first, and received from very helpful information from Sherry. We decided to go check it out in person. First off, Wow! I can not get over all the options in this place. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't this. Anything to do with leather is here. Leather of all sorts. Things to decorate leather with. Tools. Dyes. Even project kits, some very intricate. We met Sherry, and she was super helpful. Helped us with repair ideas, gave us some scraps (to put behind the area needing repair), taught us about the special glues used to bond leather, then told us about dying and color matching. So helpful. Thuy thinks she is all set. We also learned there are classes here too. We enjoyed our visit very much. Glad the negative review did not keep us away. Really nice Coach Outlet store located inside the Tanger Outlets in Fort Worth…read more For some reason there's not a lot of signage for this store when driving around the outlets, so let me start by saying that you should park by Tommy Hilfiger, since that is one of the closest retailers to Coach. The store itself is huge with a wide variety of selection for both male and female customers. Most of the women's section is located on the left side of the store, however they do have a couple more purses in the back next to the men's section. The staff was very attentive and constantly checked to see how we were doing. I really like that they had a section to customize your bag and add a few charms and other items to make it extra special. Overall a really amazing experience, and I will definitely be coming back!

When I walked in the Lady that was assisting me was very kind and she began to measure my wrist to see how many links needed to be taken out. As soon as she was going to start on my watch I guess the owner came from the back and stopped her and said no. We both looked at him confused as to why? He stated he has 10 things to do before me and I can drop it and pick it up Tuesday. Now if anyone knows anything about watches it takes less than 3 minutes to take out two links from the watch. This owner was a rude asshole and a jerk and maybe didn't want to serve me once he realizes I was Black. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company.
