The ice cubes were perfect for an iced beverage. My husband said the cappuccino was a bit weak but it looked good. The wellness bar hit the spot and was most and delicious. Arrived at Forum and the kid behind the counter says "oh I didn't make it because we don't have the ingredients" !!! Not a phone call, nothing. Then he offered to make me something else, both of which were incorrect- this took 25 minutes !!!! 25 minutes to make two drinks- wrong. I was patient, he was alone, however last visit was similar with two people behind counter. The coffee is good. Service is horrendous.
