I first visited the store about three years ago when I was in the market for a couch that representative really sold us on the platinum protection. We took it considering that it is covers it for five years. Fast forward to now we needed to make a new selection and Rob, the manager, made it simple. Scheduled an appointment, picked the product and delivered in a week. We certainly got our moneys worth and then some. My project is in SI NY; only the Florida and North Carolina stores had the discontinued floor. I received different answers between the 3 locations. Ultimately, I HAD to purchase in order to finish my project although what 2 reps from 2 different locations told me. I had to pay over $300 for shipping!!!!! If these items are discontinued, why aren't they on sale? Why isn't shipping cheaper? Why can't I do a store to store transfer? Why isn't the information the same across the stores? Floors that would have cost me $300 came out to almost $700!

Recently I bought wood looking tile for a small room costing over $1,000. In the picture it looked beautiful. The boxes were dusty so I didn't think much. Once the floor was put down and washed it numerous times it still looks dusty. So I called the brooklyn location where I got it and spoke with a woman there to see why the tile always looks dusty (I mean immediately after it dries) she said she would call me back in 5 minutes. That was months ago!! Never heard back from her. It doesnt matter which location because this is a reflection on the company as a whole. Floor looks beautiful when its wet. Once it dried it looks old and dirty/dusty. Do not buy this product. I will say on a positive note, that when your purchasing you do get top notch service. I guess after you made your purchase, they really dont care at all.

As a stomach sleeper with a bad back I decided that I wanted something ultra firm. That said, the idea of adjustable firmness really appealed to me so I paid a visit to my local Sleep Number store. After trying their plethora of offerings I settled on an M7 which is their memory foam option. It felt reasonably firm at its highest adjustment, 100 so I but the bullet and plunked down close to $5k on the mattress, base and a bunch of linens and pillows. Steve couldn't have been more accommodating. No pressure and no bullshit. He arranged for delivery and even called to make sure I was happy afterwards. The issue is that the bed seemed far less firm in the store than it did in my bedroom which in my case was fantastic. Set at 90 this is my ideal sleep. I can't recommend Sleep Number any higher. Are their beds cheap, hell no? But there are some things in life worth paying a premium for and in this case, it worked out really well. Kudos.

It wasn't cheap but since I wanted something decent for my newly wedded home, I was willing to pay big bucks. I initially went to the store in Paramus and did not like the selection there and since the sofa was literally all out of stock, I had to call all the stores in the area. Thankfully this location had the sofa in display model and no other place wanted to sell it but this location. I REALLY love all the furniture I purchased back then. Even after a year, it's been awesome. About few weeks ago, I accidentally broke one of the dining chair. I reached out to the store to see if the warranty covers it. The chair was out of stock in all the stores. I spoke to the manager (ah I for got her name!) and she told me she will try to help. I didnt have much hope as they did not have the chair in-stock. In 1.5 weeks, she literally called me few times to follow up and came back with the new chair!! she had to call multiple locations and warehouses for locate one!! OMG! I didnt expect or hoped I can get it replaced but she really made it happen. Even about a year later, I am pleasantly surprised with the purchase and the quality of the items and their customer service. At first, she might not seems the friendliest person you ever met but once you speak to her, she really tries hard to bring your satisfaction to the best possible! T&M female customer service was completely inaccurate. I explicitly told her it's 3rd floor but steps on each flight is just a couple steps. She quoted me $100 for delivery 12/31. This unprofessional guy showed up with his daughter or something, told us we needed to pay $140+ because of the stairs. We only had $100 cash, and told him the lady told me $100. He called the lady for her to tell me what she thought our conversation was... as if to solidify that was correct? He acted all tough and so ghetto and we didn't want any problems so my husband told him he'd need to go to ATM after. This guy and this little girl hoists the sofa up, and then tells us they can't fit the couch in. I told my husband to make sure they try the most optimal angle. and I over hear him on the phone telling my husband that he already knows what I am saying and he knows better. He then hurries my husband and tell him it's NYE and he's not even supposed to be working and he has a long drive. How is that our problem that you decided to work and drive long on NYE? He told us he'd leave the couch outside for $100 flat or he can take it back to the store but still pay him the $140+. He insinuated he's doing us a favor and that he's losing out. And my husband rightfully told him that isn't the case because he's getting $140+ while we don't get any services rendered/no couch. He was very aggressive towards my husband. My husband told him he needs to go to ATM, and the guy told him he will follow him to the bank with his truck because he doesn't know what stunt my husband would pull on him. A week later, I come back home, and we bought the same couch from a different Big Lot's location... guess what? We were able to maneuver the couch inside the home ourselves, just with logic, physics, and common sense. This was the most unprofessional ghetto conversation we've ever had from any servicing or trucking company.
