This was one of the worst pizza experiences I've had. The pizza was a complete mess -- overloaded with dough, poorly made, and lacking any real flavor. The sauce and ingredients tasted extremely cheap and low quality, which explained a lot once I took a few bites. Decent somewhat new spot for pizza. Their style is very typical of Pittsburgh I would say. Pretty doughy, on the thicker side for crust. But, it's still an enjoyable pie. I got to try out their plain cheese pizza. It was solid. Nothing too exceptional really but not bad. The sauce is a little sweet but not excessively so. As I mentioned, it is doughy, but I think their dough quality is a little above the average in the area. Their portion sizes are pretty great and the food is super reasonably priced. This would be a great pizza for game day or a relaxed weekend. All in all, nice spot for pie. They also have some more interesting pizza styles, like Mediterranean and such. Ordered takeout 2 large pizzas on their website for $29! They were ready in just under a half hour, and pickup was simple. The pizza itself was really great! Their sauce is unique and the cheese just had that good cheese pull that everyone is looking for. Also, cupping pepperonis will always have my heart. I hope this place sticks around! Stop here for the first time here today since new ownership and remodel. First thing I want to say is this is the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. I used the restroom and was in shock, cleanest public restroom I've ever been in, in my life. Also, the floors were so clean you good basically eat off of them .. I looked back at the kitchen and pretty much the same thing. I felt very safe eating here 8 month pregnant haha! Now for the food! It was really enjoyable. Delicious pizza, I did a thin crust with feta spinach and chicken, half red half white. Loved the cinnamon sticks with icing for dessert. Service was pretty quick and they were all very friendly. First time trying this new shop. Great pizza. Tried plain Regular Red and one of their specialties, Spinach Feta. Both were very good.
