I emailed it, never received a response. I called again and Connie stated she had found my order and would send the proof the next morning. I never received it. I called again, left a message for Connie, they said they would tell he to contact me. She did not, so I called AGAIN. Connie told me she at 3:00ish the day before my event, we do not even have this item in stock, we can get you something together for you to pick up tomorrow. I told her no, because it will not be what I ordered and I will not be using them any more. This was the worst customer service EVER. I wanted to give no stars, but had to give something.

While speaking with the male he informed me it was a family owned business, I recommended possibly hiring more staff so he can focus on more important things! This one is clearly their business, dispite the typo, because both the phone and address information are correct. If not for personal connections the owner, Dan, has with Collegate football, this likely would not be a feasible business at all. I was an overqualified canidate that had the unfortunate luck to be a approached by a recruiter for a job here under false pretenses. Their file management and cyber security will result in a lawsuit one day, and the owner told me to leave before I could even give them the professional warning. This idiot and his entire family followed me out of the building for a screaming match, after I had already made it very clear that I did not respect them or the careless of their workplace. They showed several red flags of an exploitive company from out of the gate, and appeared to take massive advantage of inexperienced designers and free interns from the local design college. They want you desperate to work for them, and they want you work you far below fair market value. In fact in the interview process, the owners ONLY concern was how little he could pay me. The day after I left, I accepted a remote offer for $21 an hour. (Just to emphasize their bogus assessment of my professional worth) New Graphic Designers should beware this position, and your talents would honestly be wasted at Bayou Apparel* which is the proper name of the business anyway.
