I was looking to turn a drawing done by my son into a necklace for my wife and they could not have been more helpful in the process. This includes multiple and immediate e-mail or phone call responses to several questions I had. In fact they even called me to double check whether the subject of the drawing had his mouth opened or closed as it was not clearly apparent. That attention to detail says it all about their customer service, led by their incredibly warm and friendly office manager Joan. I contacted Formia Design prior to ordering two keychains based off of a drawing my brother and I made as young kids for our dad. I received a speedy response from someone who was eager to receive my order and make it perfect. After I sent the pictures, they even emailed me to make sure of what a few details were so that they were transferred correctly to the keychain. I even received my own link to follow to place the order so that I could take advantage of the free engraving offer! When I got the keychains in the mail, they were perfect. I was looking for a heavy gauge chain necklace for a cross and a medal. I did a Google search for jewelry stores. I saw Formia jewelry pop up and read about it and noticed it was a local business and a woman owned business which is awesome because I believe in supporting small business especially. I contacted her and went over and explained what I needed, and she pulled a nice heavy gauge chain out and we tried it in the loops and it worked fine so she put it together right there. I absolutely love the titanium keychain that was made duplicating a picture of my family that my daughter drew when she was five years old. I simply sent Mia a photo of the picture and the keychain is "spot on"!! I had several questions and it was very easy to communicate with Mia via email. She had quick response time and was very kind. I did the mistake and had a charm made elsewhere (found online) but it was huge disapointment in appearant machine made item.
