So, I planned a little day trip to the Virginia State Arboretum (Blandy Farm) with a stop off at the shop - what a great idea that was! First, the shop is hyper-charming and so was the lady working that day. Sadly, I don't think I asked her name. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of things for sale: wine in biodegradable bottles, handmade earrings, honey with the comb in, hand-screened organic cotton shirts, etc. I ended up purchasing lavender flowers, wine, a shirt, some tea, a hanging mini-infuser, raw honey, and a few other things. There were also made-to-order drinks available. One was made with store-made elderberry syrup, which was divine! When I'm in the area, I'll definitely pop back by. But, the shop hosts workshops and other events too. It's very likely I'll be back specifically for one of those! Highly recommend.
