I observed her assisting another customer and it was refreshing to hear her give honest feedback rather than focusing on a sale. The customer had on a top that was just a smidgen tight and the clerk said "that might not be too comfy sitting down, but I can order you the next size up at the counter and have it mailed to you!" Awesome! We also got a new watch band for my husband, and she replaced my watch band that had a funky way to clasp it, without charging me for a new watchband. Expertise and integrity.
