I observed her assisting another customer and it was refreshing to hear her give honest feedback rather than focusing on a sale. The customer had on a top that was just a smidgen tight and the clerk said "that might not be too comfy sitting down, but I can order you the next size up at the counter and have it mailed to you!" WHY are you forcing people to use it? It's NOT scientific, it's NOT effective and NOT necessary. Stop harassing potential customers. It's such poor taste.
