There's nothing wrong with their Fiftysomething clientele looking put together and stylish but they never seem to wean themselves off the animal prints that can easily turn your neighborhood "Karen" into Wilma Flintstone. The help is very present and professional and their labyrinth of discounts make Kohls look like Chanel. That said, ladies prepare to unleash your inner cougar. Three Fiftysomething stars.

However , the issue is the line . Every time I go here there are normally only 2-3 people who are at the registers . On top of that it seems that these transactions move at a glacial speed. This to me says they are under staffed ... That being said why is this location understaffed ? -Bad Management ? -Bad Company Culture ? -Insultingly Low Wages ? -All of the above When it takes 40 minutes waiting in line to buy socks ... it usually means 1 of the 3. It's a nice enough store but I have a few gripes…read more A lot of items are not marked with prices or incorrectly marked. Not much inventory or variety for a fairly large store. Been a couple of times and used the regular checkout because I had a cart full of stuff and the cashiers are mute. 100%. They don't speak at all. They won't respond when you speak directly to them or even tell you what your total is. One was scanning everything on the belt and putting it BACK on the belt even though I was in the bagging area waiting to bag stuff. The worst is the fact that the parking lot is often full so I had to park further away. Well guess what you can't take the carts beyond a certain point even though your right in front of the store. Wheels locked up so I had to move my car to where the cart was and load up in the middle of the roadway. It makes no sense that they put in the parking lot boundary sensors so close. I'm not talking all the way over by Whole Foods I'm talking directly opposite the entrance but closer to the street.

I visited the new Target in West Orange this afternoon. As expected, it being Sunday, the place was…read morefilled with customers. Because this Target took over three store unit spaces (former K-Mart, Dollar Store, and Staples), it has a wide layout. When you enter, you'll see the Starbucks to your left, self-checkout in front, and then customer service to the right. I was there to pick up cleaning supplies and a few grocery items. Aisles for groceries are found furthest to the right side of the store. The CVS pharmacy and optical center are also to the right. While there were many customers, the self-check out line wait went fast. Also, the staff member there was friendly and helpful with directing customers to open kiosks. Everyone working there was nice actually, which is a good thing to see. Parking Tip: Because the plaza is under construction, navigating the parking lot can be tricky. If you can't find parking by the store entrance, consider parking by the stores on the lower level (by Frank's Pizza, America's Best Contacts & Glasses, etc.) and just walk up. There are stairs that lead up to the Target store level.

I'm not really a fan of The Gap, but this outlet is a fine store. It's just like any other outlet. The deals and discounts are comparable to those at other Gap Outlets (such as the one in Jersey Gardens). Perhaps the space at this Newark location is bit smaller than other Outlets, but it's in no way a cramped store. At least, that's what I thought when I peeped it out. Also, last time I was there, I thought that the staff kept the store well maintained. If you work in the area or normally shop along Broad and Market, you may find a good deal here.
