Eh I have a love-hate relationship with this store. You can really score some good deals here particularly on undergarments and some designer stuff that could be considered vintage after the fact. For example all those clothing lines, fragrances and random accessories stuff pushed out by all the models, hip hop artists and actors before mainstream stores stop carrying it, guess where it ends up at about half the price years later? Why Forman mills. This store in particular is 'bleh'. The staff changes pretty consistently which is composed primarily of younger workers on their first or part time jobs. If you catch one they're fairly helpful. Lines are of course long, even with the front end remodeling they've recently done. The store is taking on a model similar to Marshalls and Conway, which not only sell designer clothes cheap, but load the store up with other random things like Novelty Bluetooth speakers, Toys, car mats and As seen on TV merchandise and much more. No really. It's kinda cool, but makes the store more cluttered than it needs to be. The store is huge and has clothes and shoes that range from toddlers to adolescents, men and women, so It can be a good one stop-shop for the family. Most of the clothes are "urban style" clothing, but you could catch anyone wearing the stuff here. So overall the store is alright, but there are always things that bug me about the it. The latest is one of the clearance racks is "2 designed button ups for $10" Just the deal I'm looking for. I look through it and find a couple in my size that I like. I wait in the long line and am told one of my choices isn't part of the clearance. It's the same brand and size but a more attractive design and several of them are on the rack. The cashier is insistent that it's a mistake and they need to remove those particular shirts from the rack. Why does it matter? Again they're all the same brand, on the same clearance rack , and it's not just one there's like 10! Rather than argue about it I put it back and grabbed a different shirt, again same brand, but not quite is nicely designed. You'll put up with some headaches, but you can save a few dollars here on some threads. read more

Sometimes you can find great deals. However, as others stated, lines are long and slow. Staff is hit or miss, but most of the time, nice. Turnover is high due to low salaries and hard work. Anytime you have a store in a predominantly black neighborhood , it is considered "ghetto." That is unfortunate because not all blacks display ignorant behavior. Also, Marshals is one of the worst stores with long and slow lines and the stores are a mess. Employees are also hit or miss but never referred to as ghetto. What is missing is lack of training. Forman Mills has to invest in staff and offer better pay. Then will you see a change. Bathrooms in all stores are disgusting. Again, owners, who I personally feel don't think enough of their employees or customers. As long as the money keeps rolling in, it will remain the same. read more

I hate the long lines here but I always walk out a happy customer. I got a cute Christmas shirt at a major bargain and even got one for my coworker. I can never leave this store empty handed. read more

This store has such good clothes but their all at such low prices. This is a hell of a discount store. They sell everything here but you don't have to worry about emptying your wallet or your bank account to buy them. I'm definitely coming here again!!! read more

This is the worst clothing store when it comes to customer service you can tell the lack of leadership and operation of this company although their revenue is great because of the area and the people needs but far as customer service this would be a last resort place and only if I needed something for one day if they have a 15 minutes to 20 minutes cashier check time its not reason the lines are so long with all those workers. The company is as good as the owner. I would go else where if you want quality and excellent customer service always room for improvement this would be a good store in E.O. for the affordable clothing and availability but they need to work on timing of the workers and management. read more

The WORST forman mills to come to!! They put out wrong signs and then don't honor the price of the clothing. Got the manager to show them the ERROR and they don't care... claim oh the morning person messed up. As a customer I DON'T CARE... I see that price you honor it. So I called their Corporate office... not helpful either. Abu the manager is RUDE AS HELL.. telling me he is going look at the carmera at 5p when a person comes in to look at it becuz he can't look at carmeras and then I can try & see if I can get it for the price LISTED on the sales floor. HOW STUPID DOES THAT SOUNDS!! It took him 20mins to even come out the backroom to help address this. Still waiting 20mins later for district manager to call...NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! read more

This store is absolutely ridiculous. I've only gone in about 3 or 4 times, but I've should have known it was a mess when my teenage daughter complained. I will have to say it is cleaned up nicely than the last time, but the problem is getting checked out. I stood on line for approximately 25 minutes. The cashiers are joking around and talking and what looks like to me, deliberately taking ones time. Apparently they have to mark all bills. If that is the case, then have a money marker pen available. You shouldn't have to go from register to register to find one. I finally had enough and just left my items again, and walked out. The owner of this store should visit this one in "Ghettoville". I'm done with them. I will continue to do my discount shopping where I get great service. Most Marshalls and TJMaxx. read more
