My one complaint was that they did not heat up raclette for us, rather gave us raclette cheese at room temperature. I think it wouldn't have been too much to ask for it to be cooked, since they were able to do that with the fondue. I wish there was a way to do the class without the wine pairing and save a few dollars... I would sign up much more often!!

They also have different fun classes there you can take and there are so many fun cute gifts you can buy. They can build you a profile of cheeses you have tried so you have it on file in case you go back and forget. They do have beer and alcohol as well and pretty much everything you need to make an exquisite cheese board. We got 5 small pieces of cheeses to split between 2 people and it was absolutely perfect and more than enough. They literally were so kind and helpful referring us to different cheeses and directing us on what to get.
