Fork is a heat-and-eat meal restaurant, primarily. They do have salads, breads, and pastries that are ready to go, too. I have to say that I just LOVE this option in Santiago as I have a small furnished apartment for the month I'm here. Since I don't have all my regular home kitchen spices and such, my meals have been pretty spartan when I'm not getting something from a restaurant. Fork not only delivers through their service, but you'll also find them on UberEats. They have a wide range of cuisine options that most often serve one (though some, like lasagna Bolognese, serve 4 or 6). Each meal is fully prepared, then cooled, with easy reheat instruction on the package. I've now tried the coconut shrimp curry, lasagna bolognese, chicken tikka masala, quiche Lorraine, and a carrot muffin. Everything has been delicious, fresh, and delicately spiced (so that you can add more as desired). Their prices are completely reasonable for what I would consider restaurant quality meals. I look forward to trying more of the menu! read more
