The parking lot is tight, but doesn't seem to get crowded. As soon as you walk into the suite it feels very luxurious. I was offered drinks and snacks and to use the restroom before we started. I received a custom facial by Alex Hwang and I highly recommend booking with her. I added on dermaplaning and lymphatic drainage. The facial alone was A+ but dermaplaning gives that extra exfoliation I needed and helps the products really penetrate my skin. The lymphatic draining was this light suction tube that instantly helped my face bloating go down. During the facial Alex took the time to tell me the star ingredients for each product and what they were used for which was super helpful in understanding what was going on my skin. She really knows her stuff. I appreciated that she remembered from my last facial that I can sometimes be sensitive to some ingredients so she picked gentle and safe products for my facial. To top it all off she gives a wonderful massage while waiting for the masks to set. I can't wait to schedule my next facial with Alex!! read more

As a toddler mom who doesn't always get the chance to unwind, this visit left me feeling refreshed and truly taken care of. Gabriella, the practice manager, made the whole experience feel extra special. I'm already counting down to the official grand opening on January 19. This time around I had a Syendo platinum Hydrafacial with Nathaniel. I have been getting the elite Hydrafacial for years and nothing compares to this newest machine. The suction is stronger and you can feel your skin getting cleaner with every suck (gross I know). The clinic is stunning with all these little elevated amenities, like hot Numi tea or Nespresso coffee pods. A full coffee and tea bar with syrups, honey sticks, collagen and electrolyte powder packets. The blankets are plush and fuzzy, and the table is heated. There's candle light throughout the spa room with thunderstorm sounds and the bed EVEN GLOWS. I left with my skin brighter, exfoliated, and I looked refreshed. I have rarely had a facial, so I did not know what to expect when I booked with Nathaniel at FOREVIVA. What I got was strength, empathy, and compassion. Tender--yet strong--hands and a fabulous layered experience. As lay back in a warm cocoon of a treatment table, I knew I was in capable hands from the start. When I walked in, I was greeted by a tall, elegant man (Nathaniel) in to-die-for makeup (he later told me he was a makeup artist for Sephora for a while). He originally trained as an aesthetician with Aveda. He's one of those rare artists who can tap into exactly what your body craves at the moment it craves it. At one point I said, "Wow! That feels amazing! What are you doing?" And he told me it was lymphatic massage. Who knew? Certainly not I. It truly removed any puffiness from my face. Now, a word about the salon. The decor could be described as 'elegant joy' with garden walls of exuberant flowers. I felt like a welcome guest, not a paying customer. I was offered a beverage immediately upon entry. FOREVIVA is a wonderful surprise tucked away in an unobtrusive strip mall. I asked Nathaniel how often I should come back in order to maintain the silky softness. He replied that most folks come about every four weeks. Wow! Something wonderful to look forward to every month! I had a facial yesterday with Alexandra at the new FOREVIVA office in Mountain View. Not only are the treatment rooms beautiful and the whole office is very luxe, they offer you all kinds of treats if you're hungry or thirsty, the minute you walk in. The 90 minute treatment was so so relaxing and pampering, I fell asleep and Alex didn't mind at all. She was so sweet and put me completely at ease. I hadn't had a facial in a long, long time and wow did I need one. I looked so different when I walked out of that office. She included lymphatic massage in the treatment and my face lost all if it's puffy water retention and redness. Two masks poured moisture back into my skin and it feels so incredibly smooth and young this morning! I can't tell you how much better it looks. A 90 minute facial is such a luxury but I think I've got to make it a regular thing because it makes too much of a difference not to. And Foreviva and Alexandra are so worth it!
