Louise has been an absolute angel through all of it. She actually listens, validates every single insecurity, and takes such incredible care of me. I've done 2 sessions of Sculptra and 2 sessions of fillers with maryam and jamieson. Sculptra is so gradual and looks completely natural. It's not about changing your face; it's just rebuilding what you lost. I know it's an investment, but it is so worth it. We waste so much money on daily coffee and little things without a second thought why not put that toward feeling good in our own skin. Even my husband was totally against me getting anything done at first because he was terrified I'd look fake. About 24 hours before an appointment that was scheduled over six months ago, I received a call demanding a $150 cancellation fee for an appointment that had understandably slipped my mind. When I pointed out that I never received any confirmation or reminder communications, the receptionist, Melissa, admitted that my text opt-out was the direct reason I hadn't been notified. This clinic intentionally bundles essential administrative appointment confirmations into the same automated system as promotional pushes and product spam. When a client protects their phone from marketing spam by opting out, the business completely drops the ball on basic client notification--and then attempts to monetize their own administrative failure by hitting you with a surprise fee the day before. Rather than taking accountability for a broken communication pipeline, Melissa actively chose to argue with me on the phone, debate marketing frequencies, and mischaracterize my words. It is unconscionable to treat high-value, multi-year clients like pockets to be picked. I have officially terminated my relationship with Palo Alto Laser and Skin Care. Any unauthorized charges attempted by this office will be immediately disputed and charged back. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a clinic that respects its clients.

Day before my appointment, they called and confirmed my appointment and confirmed my chemical peel and I was so excited! I came in the next day extra early just incase there was any forms to fill out but they just asked for my name and let me know they will be with me shortly. Soon after Jassi came and got me and took me to the room and she was so warm and welcoming!! She explained the entire process of the chemical peel and even told me about Diamond Glow which would only enhance my chemical peel and explained that process and benefits as well. After thinking about it ( for about 30 seconds) I decided to add the Diamond Glow to my Chemical peel. I'm so glad I did because it was so relaxing and I could just feel myself falling asleep because Jassi was so gentle and would always make sure I was doing okay. The chemical peel process was as expected, it burned but that had nothing to do with Jassi, she gave me the fan before the process and turned it on the highest setting. Overall, I will be back for another treatment and I'll bring my family with me!

Please note I had had this email to fill out the health questionnaire for less than 12 hours and my appointment was not for six more days. Then I received an email today subsequent changing my appointment time not acknowledging the change of my appointment time as if, people can just reschedule without being asked to reschedule, which I will note is the second time they've done this to me and reasons why I canceled my original appointment with them about a year ago because they assume everyone else's schedule is completely irrelevant to theirs. Once again I'm supposed to fill out a form that I received at 1 AM before noon, not even allowing me 24 hours of the form and when I don't return it immediately, I get texted every half an hour, to remind me!?!? I'm threatened that my appointment will be canceled if I don't get it done, but then my appointment just gets unilaterally moved to a completely different time as if I have nothing else going on, when in fact I do and I will have to be at work, extremely shortly after, the new appointment time, which doesn't work for me but, after waiting on hold for 25 minutes, to address with them, I had to give up. So I feel that they lack experience The receptionist Farah is very rude :( I was nervous to go there and she made the experience worse. Also she's somehow responsible to give the pricing to patients and puts an awful front. I didnt want to deal with this place because I got a feeling they wont care/entertain any concerns given shes who I will have to deal with. There's less structure to the pricing they charge, she gave me a quote nd then increased it about 20 mins later for the owner who may read this - please look into the patients experience if you care about your business.

After cleansing and about 30 minutes of numbing, I met Helen, who was super kind, knowledgeable, and really listened. She explained that PicoSure has different settings and started with the medium mode to see how my skin would react -- I really appreciated her cautious and thoughtful approach. The treatment was quick and surprisingly comfortable thanks to the cooling air hose. My skin looked brighter right away, not darker like with other lasers. Afterward, the staff applied a sheet mask and chilled gel masks, which calmed my skin beautifully. By the time I got home, the redness was almost gone! Helen gave detailed aftercare instructions . I've had two sessions so far, and my spots are much lighter and my skin tone more even. In addition, Helen also responded quickly to any questions, even on weekends. I feel completely safe and cared for here. Highly recommend FlowMD and Helen!

I went to Wonder Medical Spa on August 3, 2026 for Botox. I received 64 units and paid $832 -- $13…read moreper unit. This was the largest amount of Botox I had ever received. I was very unhappy with the result. My forehead was still moving and I still had visible horizontal lines. At the same time, I developed significant bruising on the right side, noticeable hollowness under my eyes, and something I had never experienced with Botox before: "rainbow wrinkles" above the outer sides of my eyebrows. In my view, these unusual wrinkles were the result of improper injection technique. This type of issue can often be corrected with appropriate follow-up treatment. That is exactly why I requested a follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, the follow-up experience was extremely disappointing. I came back to the spa expecting to be properly evaluated by the nurse who performed my treatment. Nurse Jennifer Shi did not come out to see me. Instead, a manager came out with an iPad and showed me my before-and-after photos. I personally pointed out the problems I was experiencing -- including the new wrinkles above my eyebrows and the other changes in my appearance. The manager agreed that she could see the issues I was pointing out. However, instead of offering a complimentary correction or having the nurse evaluate me, I was told that I would have to pay for additional treatment to correct the problems. Another concern is that the spa operates under the supervision of a doctor whom I have never met or seen, despite having undergone the procedure and later raising concerns about the result. I was never given an opportunity to discuss my concerns directly with a physician. I did not come back asking for a new cosmetic treatment. I came back because I had concerns about the result of the treatment I had already paid $832 for. I have had Botox before at other practices, and my experience with follow-up and touch-ups has been completely different. When a patient pays $832 for a cosmetic procedure and develops an unexpected result, I believe the appropriate response is to examine the patient, discuss what happened, and make a genuine effort to correct the problem. I contacted the spa in writing and requested my treatment records and other documentation. I also filed complaints with the appropriate organizations and disputed the charge with the financing company. Despite all of this, Wonder Medical Spa refused to provide a refund. What disappointed me most was not simply the cosmetic result. It was the way my concerns were handled afterward. I expected professionalism, accountability and patient care. Instead, I felt dismissed. I paid $832 for 64 units of Botox and was left with a result I was unhappy with, new wrinkles in areas where I had never had them before, bruising and hollowness -- and then had difficulty getting someone to properly address my concerns. Based on this experience, I would not return to Wonder Medical Spa and I would not recommend it to anyone considering Botox.

I added on dermaplaning and lymphatic drainage. The facial alone was A+ but dermaplaning gives that extra exfoliation I needed and helps the products really penetrate my skin. The lymphatic draining was this light suction tube that instantly helped my face bloating go down. During the facial Alex took the time to tell me the star ingredients for each product and what they were used for which was super helpful in understanding what was going on my skin. She really knows her stuff. I appreciated that she remembered from my last facial that I can sometimes be sensitive to some ingredients so she picked gentle and safe products for my facial.
