I wanted to do something a little bit different for my wedding invitations, and I am so thrilled I found ForeverFiances! I was immediately drawn to their "Fall Birch Tree" design for my October 2018 wedding, and absolutely loved the idea of using plantable paper. I know that invitations usually require a lot of thought and money from the couple, but always end up in the trash. Having an eco-friendly and beautiful option was important to me. Once I started the process of designing my invitations, Sam was so helpful and professional. We emailed back and forth a few times and after my fourth (complimentary) proof, the invitation was perfect! We included a matching RSVP card and a "Details" card we created together with helpful information for guests. ForeverFiances wants to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your design before sending to the printer and emailing the invoice. When the invitations arrived, they were even more beautiful in person! The option to have FF address my envelopes was super easy and convenient, and they looked fantastic, too. What a pleasure it was to work with the sales and design teams at ForeverFiances! We were behind schedule setting our timeline for the day so our invitations were on a tight deadline. The design team worked with us to make sure that our first proof was exactly as we specified in our order. We requested a few changes once we saw everything laid out together and they were extremely responsive and fast to help. We knew we were on a time crunch so we paid for a rush job - we approved our proof on Friday and had the invitations printed and in-hand on Wednesday! And they were shipped across the entire country in that time! Charlotte, Sam and the rest of the team really made this one part of the process as stress-free as possible. We originally chose this company because they use recycled paper and their all-in-one designs avoid extra envelopes and paper waste, but I would recommend them based off of their cheerful willingness to go the extra mile to ensure their clients are happy! He was so helpful and took the time to chat with me on the phone, to make sure that I was getting as much help as I could with my wedding invitations. He is very sweet, patient and helpful. I was looking for something special for my daughter's bat mitzvah invitations and Forever Fiancés totally delivered. Not only were the invitations gorgeous (we got so many compliments), but because they were recyclable and plantable I did not feel like we were creating more paper waste and we still have a beautiful keepsake of her day. I ordered invitations from Forever Fiances. Knowing that I was on a tight timeline, I based my decision to order from them on the information provided in the "Approval Process" section of their website (which timing was also described in the "FAQ" section of their website). I received my first proof in accordance with the stated timing and was so excited about the invitations, so I placed my order and paid. When I received my second proof, I didn't love the font used for part of it, and the proof contained two typos that were not in the language I submitted for the invitation. I replied to the email containing the second proof asking to see other font options and saying I would refrain from submitting my other comments on the second proof until they wrote me back about font (which I did since they said it would help the design team if I submitted my comments on the first proof all in one email). I did not receive a reply to my email about the 2nd proof for 5 days (3 of which were business days). This reply was not a 3rd proof since the reply was only a response to my question (and didn't actually adequately answer my question). The timing stated in at least 2 places in their website said that 2nd and 3rd proofs would be provided in 1 to 2 business days. Because Forever Fiances had not only not complied with that timing for a 3rd proof, but taken 5 days to reply - with an unsatisfactory response - to a question that I asked about the 2nd proof, I knew that there was NO way I would end up getting the proofs done and the invitations in my hands in time for me to mail them out and get rsvps in time for my event (which was happening in about a month and a half). Because of that, I requested to cancel my order, and because Forever Fiances had not complied with the timing specified on their website, I asked not to be charged a cancellation fee. Forever Fiances refused to refund me the full amount despite the fact that the only reason I was cancelling the order was because they did not comply with their stated timing. I reported the issue to my credit card company, which took one look at the documentation I provided and immediately issued the full refund. I don't know if the credit card company will pursue this with Forever Fiances, but I have now been fully refunded. The reason I am posting this review is just to warn others that if you have a tight timeline, you should definitely find another vendor for your invitations unless you are willing to spend a ton of time arguing over cancellation fees -and then going elsewhere for your invitations anyway - when Forever Fiances provides you proofs containing careless errors (not in the text you sent them) and then doesn't comply with the timing detailed on their own website. It is a shame that their customer service is so poor because the invitations look like they would have been lovely, and I was super-excited about them. read more

What an amazing company! I truly felt like a valued customer throughout my invite ordering process. I just received my wedding invitations for my mountain wedding and I can't say enough how beautiful they are! Not only did they work very quickly to get my order placed and make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, but my shipment arrived even quicker after I approved my order! I love the new business card that the team at ForeverFiances has produced for me. It's beautiful. From start to finish, I received great support, which included designing according to my rather finicky preferences, relating both to color, and font style & size. They made each step easy. I also love the plantable paper stock. It feels so inviting to the touch -- unlike the slick stock so often used in business. The fresh- off-the-press cards arrived yesterday, and, coincidentally, I had a meeting today, with an interior designer. She loved the card. That is a very high compliment, I think. And for her, as well as a neighbor I shared a couple of cards with yesterday -- the concept of the plantable stock has been novel & interesting.
